It was a pretty decent meeting and crowd again today, track looks totally different without the sun on it. Bears did their job congrats! Comets team was lacking today and just wasn’t set up for heat advantages. It was always going to be a struggle, need our injured riders back soon. Looks like Comets need Berwick to score 55 or less to finish ahead of them and still qualify for the semi finals. 56 would mean points and points difference will be level. Assuming Edinburgh don’t go and win away at Glasgow that is 😆 -
And they did! Lots of good racing today, track surface looked excellent. Big improvement on the shambles at Scunthorpe I saw yesterday. -
They just need to drop the number of riders per team... Use the Danish model and have plenty of riders on standby to fill holes as the season progresses... Crackers to keep saying "their isn't enough riders", and still keep using a model that was fine when there was... -
