Probably one of the most skilful fellas to ever sling his leg over the saddle Mike (I await the puns). -
16 points down after 7 heats we never gave ourselves a chance. 8 points from our top 5 in 10 races to start the meeting as opposed to 25 from the Tigers top 5 was an inexplicable hard watch. The next 10 races in comparison delivered 19 including a retirement from Drew Kemp. The Tigers came out meaning business and quite simply left us for dead. Some great races in the second half of the meeting helped ease the pain but the deficit was never less than 12 points. Overall it was a disappointing team performance . Drew Kemp had a Comets debut that he will want to forget as it certainly was forgettable. Well done the Tigers easily the best team today. -
Hawkins has, quite a few times both on local radio, and when interviewed at the track. -
It doesnt make sense to have high average in Speedway here. You are restricted to probs 24 matches for your club if lucky. -
