The lumps that came off the bladed grader were solid and staff had to break them up, it didn't look sludgy to me as there wasn't much material at all. I'd have ridden it! -

Just a wrist strain, he should be back by Wednesday at Poole. His hand has swollen badly and with a bit of grip may struggle to hold on, putting him and other riders at risk so best to rest for a few days and come back stronger. -
