I fully agree, but that's what speedway does these days, they no longer care about supporters that may want to travel to see their team. Total madeness.

Bone dry, hasn't been a single drop today and nothing in the last 24 hours either, thought when I looked at the forecast yesterday that the postponement was a bit premature.  Workington Reds football at home today, Town v Haven tomorrow, Speedway World Cup later this afternoon (with Charles Wright absent from the Redcar side), if I were cynical I'd say it had been called off due to expected low attendance rather then the weather........

Hmm i wonder how many times Pirates hit 59 or over at home?

Wasn't a bad crowd in fairness especially when Scunthorpe united were playing at home at the same time 

What a great meeting, well prepared track, great racing and it was well supported. Had a really great time at Scunny.
