I lookout the window in the morning ,far better than any long term forecast I’ve seen in Scotland.

I am talking about Max.He is getting a fortune to stay with Zelina Gora,if he is not in Sweden can see him picking up his pocket money here like Bewley and Holder.

Edwards would be decent signing for next season if he fancied the travelling.Looks a decent prospect given a bit of time to develope.

Swedish speedway in financial difficulties and have state that a lot of big name riders will be dropped.Probably why Max fancies Uk return.

Think Glasgow’s strength in-depth is blighted by inconsistency, for me Jensen needs to be more consistent,Poole certainly have the advantage in heat leader strength and Basso looks a prospect.

Teams have travelled these kind of distances and raced next day many times over the years. Riders jump on planes then travel for hours in cars and ride the next night on the Continent .The pit crew driving while the rider is sleeping is the norm.

Even worse than Heeps replacing Nowak I reckon.

Hard to call,Poole lost Rory in his 1 st ride in the League match at Ashfield and only got 5 points from IRR.If the track I dry and slick Rory could have a field day.

Why did he bother to mention it then( does he know it took place).Iwas just saying I wasn’t so sure ( could be wrong though).Monarchs certainly put up much of show tonight.Perhaps saving it for tomorrow.

Not many as well organised in that respect as Monarchs,great credit to them over the years for getting the equipment in place and not having to pay outside Companies to stream Matches.Not a lot of money to be made if doing it by that Method .IMO.Maybe even a loss.!! If uptake was poor.

I was really disputing that there was a practice session though.Maybe somebody more in the know could tell me.

I not sure they practiced in the afternoon,as they were still trying to sort out the entrance to 3rd bend from the heavy rain on Wed when I arrived at 6pm, as it does not dry out due to the shelter of the greyhound board.Even if they did that’s their perogative.

Think most Monarch fans would reckon the same, even without last nights score.

Thought Cook had the ride of the night in Ht 10 to pass Pickering then Team ride Nicol to hold of Pickering( who was very entertaining and never gives up).Cook was sublime tonight IMO.That’s the best I have seen him ride this season.

100% Agree.Just unlucky with the last crash or the meeting would probably got to the end.

Not so sure many of them were that local,there seemed to be a lot that had taken in SON and extended their stay for this match.Pity about the crash and the weather,was getting interesting.Poles we’re getting setups sorted and starting to gate.Brits we’re good though,Harris gave everything as usual.
