first visit to the refurbished Ashfield, full credit to the promotion for the scale and quality of the work done it is first class.Meeting didn't quite live up to expectations but certainly not anything to with track or facilities.Poor start from Monarchs took the edge of the meeting IMO .Sedgeman was dire why he got 4 rides,at least Branford would have gave 100%.

Have to agree regarding Green light starts, they looked much better that the normal Tapes start no rollers, perhaps transponders on the bikes might be the way forward! -

I agree speedway should come first. It is just a circus now.The ref was a joke regarding the tapes incidents, what he must think this morning when he looks back!!!!!!! there was not a lot wrong with the green light starts, don't see what all the fuss regarding that was about regarding that issue that is in the rules in event of this happening. The riders were not caring about the paying public shame on them.I have seen them ride on far worst tracks when there is a thought that they will lose some earnings. -

You can bet there will be no fines or suspensions for walking out though. -

Good post, their obsession with Temporary Tracks in indoor stadiums just to attract big crowds thinking the meeting will go ahead whatever the weather is backfiring big time plus the racing is not up to scratch IMO.Would not dream of attending these Gps.The riders seem to have went along with it though but now they are having 2nd thoughts because of the injuries they are receiving IMO .The throttle works both ways though !! -

We have just to forget it took place.(as usual when there is a problem at speedway meetings) just turn up next meeting as though nothing happened!! -

don't know why you would even consider Melbourne with aTemp track,it's just Mickey Mouse Speedway ,but hey it's a great atmosphere ,and your guaranteed to see a sh#t meeting regardless of the weather. -

Your right,F1 ,all bike races start on lights. While not ideal it's simple enough.Don't know what they were told but it's obvious if you jump the light you should be excluded.Green light is the same for everybody.Ref is a joke though. He used to be indecisive but now he's not so sure !!!! -

Think Berwick riders are told just to come away in one bit given the number of injuries we have had over the years.IMO Armadale proves that a lot of riders do not have the skill to ride a modern speedway bike because of all the slick tracks nowadays. Armadale Is a well prepared track not to slick or too grippy but needs a bit of throttle control and should not be difficult to get to grips with . -

While the Monarchs are a very good team it amazes me how many riders return to Armadale season after season and always seem to struggle,it's a track that requires technical ability but most teams and riders seem beat before they turn up.Its a well prepared track and a professional rider should be able to adapt IMO . -

his machinery did not look crap when he won his first 3 races at Home, but there was something about losing a main Sponsor regarding machinery before season started. -
Perhaps you should tell the fans that the League Cup is not the real racing, did not have the best of luck in his last spell, will be hoping for better luck this time.
