IMO holidaymakers are a viable target,the camps are full ALL summer during speedway season so to attract a few each week could make a contribution to the Club over a season .How to attract new local support a getting them to return is the main problem for a lot of clubs.

Contact the Club. The bottom line is that the sport is in decline,and is not attracting new fans.The various reasons have been well discussed and nobody has found the answer.Ideas that seem to be suggested by fans from various clubs and sound reasonable don't seem to find favour with the people that run the sport.So be it .

You don't really think they will ar#e about when it is going to cost them money?they will be lined up in time.

If the time is up he should be out,that's the whole point of the 2 min warning is it not.A clock would be beneficial so the fans can see why he is out.

With ALL Promoters complaining regarding losing money you have to ask what do they discuss at the Annual AGM. They certainly don't come up with any radical ideas regarding cutting losses.Plenty of Ideas have been suggested by people within the sport.

You have a valid point,it's said every winter that Promoters have to get there house in order regarding financing and running the sport but the AGM usually results in some minor rule change and they all go home happy saying how great the AGM was.Then say they are in financial difficulties and need money from the fans.

although there seems be a little bit of "turbulence " between the various Supporters Groups I don't think It will have any effect on attendance figures because they are all fans and just want to see Speedway at Berwick,People asking how much other people are chipping in need to take a good look at themselves IMO .its just a case of the Promotions generating more income with their ideas.Its their money in the business after all.
