X2 efs due to ignition issues and 1 ride where he was 4th and just rode into the pit entrance rather than crossing the line. He was winning both of the races that he had the efs in by the way.

Why should the machine examiner stop him leaving the pits? If Scott and/or his mechanic make the mistake it's their fault and advantage the opposition.
