Jody Scott is a racer and attacks the track. Edwards just tries to defend the position he gates in usually unsuccessfully. I know who I would have in my team if it was a straight choice between the two.

Hopefully that's Edwards last ever ride in a Redcar race jacket. Woeful!

Can see someone sorting that big head Cairns out soon. He regularly rides across other riders starting areas wheel spinning messing up their runts before tapes up. Noticed he's done it on BSN in most meetings he's been in this season.

It was Gavin Parr who said that claiming it was because his throttle control was so good. I had a little chuckle. He isn't ruthless enough in his riding. He's a rider not a racer.

Harsh on Jody Scott who was in the wrong place at the wrong time a few times. Twice his race partner did him no favours impeding his run. Edwards isn't a heat leader.

The Scunthorpe rejects lost that meeting for Redcar at Glasgow tonight. Replacing Jenkins with Lambert is surely the worst decision in the history of Redcar speedway!
