You know more than me but the facts, as TB states, is he has improved his average and the doctor signed him off. My argument would be the time of communication of the sacking as surely an employee should be treated fairly and in this case they haven't.

I was thinking the same myself. But speedway is dog eats dog. Riders must replace their out of form or injured mates on a regular basis. I do think Mr Chapman has been very spiteful and perhaps abused his senior position. Maybe the BSPA could have asked "are you doing this for the right reasons". It doesn't look good when a promoter appears to be determined to openly shaft two riders. And he might get payback at a later stage of his own Lynn career. Riders know he'll stop at nothing but he now leaves himself open to retribution and riders will stick together. I'd be watching my back if in his shoes. Maybe a sacking would have been enough and then move on. Reading Batchelor's statement, if all true about injury and his average, he would have every right to go through the courts for unfair dismissal. The doctor signed him off so there is no argument about why he dropped out the meeting. I can't see what he has done wrong assuming his statement is correct.

You are obviously a bit of a dick who can't understand a question. I want clarity of the rules not whether they have been made examples of. And I do care because things like this make the sport look a joke, and we've lost another GP rider who has been loyal to GB racing.

Am I right here ? Chris Holder & Batchelor have been released today. That is after the cut off so they cant get another GB club. But KL signed 3 other riders to replace the two sacked riders so that must have happened before the cut off. How come Holder & Batchelor were not told before today ? How can changes be made after a cut off date ?

I think Nicki will ride on. His attitude to racing was always fearless. I've missed him riding but hope he is happy. Too many sportsmen suffer from depression following retirement.

Rules are rules but harsh to deduct points from the club when they've had no involvement. It could see Rybnik go down which seems over the top. Maybe a fine ?
