Grand Prix Challenge 2017
Mark replied to STEPHEN 333's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
he would have to miss 3 GP's or completely lose the plot not to stay top 8. He is 25pts clear of 9th place rider. -
I'm sure he's had a word in the right ear. Make a stand etc etc.
-
I do see Holder's point, he is an ex WC and knows a bad track when he see's one. Forget who is right or wrong but its unfair that Chapman wanted to fine, ban and stuff Holder for this season yet he sits on the management panel. Its all loaded one way as judge and jury. It's never going to be a fair process of two sides for prosecution and defense with an independent judge ruling on any possible punishment.

Lahti. define a Poole type of rider.
-
Not Matt Ford's fault. Just blame the riders. Who signed those riders ????
-
They will bother or not get paid. It makes me think they must have been trying but it wasn't working for them.
-
He doesn't pull any punches but blames everyone else but himself & Mr Motivator Middlo. Ford picked the team, he picked the rider replacements halfway through the season, Middlo's job is to fire up his riders but none of this dip in form is their fault. Ford says KK is disruptive but he is blind if he hasn't seen it happen at other clubs.. KK is not consistent but Ford still signed him. Maybe he scored heavily last week as two fingers up at the Poole management. Regardless of tonights result his comments as a motivational piece will probably do the complete opposite longer term. He accuses the team of not trying, maybe true but maybe thats the managements fault to a degree ? The morale in the dressing room tonight must be marvelous. Anderson is a good honest rider over many seasons, maybe he's on the decline or just having a dip in form, but you can see he tries his best. I'd be really pi$$ed off in his shoes. Starke is a racer who tries hard. What did they both expect from a kid like Shanes.

hope its not £200 a point or the toys will come out. -
Is he there top rider ? Surely the two GP stars are ahead of him in that team.
-
Agree about Anderson, been below his usual very consistent reliable self for part of this season. Started well but not at his best recently. He has top scored for Lejonen tonight in his defense and seems to top score for Poole in most meetings.. Holder rode well on Sunday for Torun against Rybnik who aren't a side with much depth. he did an interview where he said he had borrowed Meidzinski's engine and it was flying. But his own engines aren't and that was the problem. I thought Peter Johns was the God of tuners !

Certain all 3 miss I'd be thinking.

Some very good racing from half way. Nicholls is still a very good and hard rider

Rain expected so cut some slack tonight

Rubbish call from Lynch. Always use your tactical when you can, you may never get another chance. Kelvin right "roll the dice"
-
I think Scott Nicholls rides for Nielsen. Prz did have a big one at Rybnik.
-
NKI or Pedersen. The latter puts bums on seats.

Heat 15. An example where the ref should be allowed to leave both riders in a race. It was 50/50.
