  1. What have Paul Hollywood fans got to do with a speedway meeting?
  2. Ha, he did it at Oxford last night See who it is first!! Howarth didn't ride Tues as trapped nerve in his neck. Wasn't going to ride Weds, but all of a sudden was fit to ride and then injured his wrist in H1 at Oxford.
  3. Good point! Hadn't thought of that. I guess that depends on the council and we would pay for it, so depends on costing? Etc. But considering we still sit on wooden benches in the grandstand, I am not sure! I do prefer the Poole stream as links in with track presenter and see what is going on in the pits more. Yes and also does commentating and presenting on the Poole stream.
  4. He also blow up an engine last night. I don't know if he uses different equipment or the same for Peterborough and Poole. But not a lot of time to sort it out if it is the same. Sure it will be fine but something to consider.
  5. It has made it onto speedway shambles twitter page. Oxford played the ref! Brilliant
  6. How often do you see them all together on bend 3 though? Not that often. Only other time was H2 last week Vs Swindon. Not sure we are going to agree on this lol and that is fine!
  7. Doesn't mean Steve gets the blame for racing incidents! They promised Steve stuff first, would be extremely harsh to go back on that. I mean we have been ruthless in the past, esp in the Prem but not at that level anymore.
  8. A lot of riders say it can be quite narrow going into bend 3. Maybe refs need to take this into account in future meetings?
  9. Didn't have time imo, they were altogether. I need a replay haha.
  10. Steve came off as other riders left him no room and they were altogether. He had no choice. Lawson's fault more than Steve's imo.
  11. He had nowhere to go so hardly his fault! What was he supposed to do?
  12. 1. You mean H13. He means Hume then who started off the domino effect 2. Not so sure. Redcar is known for not really having much home advantage. So think it is on a knive edge personally. A dodgy exclusion could decide it! We are capable of getting 43. We shall see.
  13. Tbf the hater makes a good point, Redcar were really good tonight. Similar to Leicester last season. I am sure they will only get better as the season goes on. Will take some stopping.
  14. See what did i say!!! Better at predictions than i thought. Thank god for H15
  15. Is it me or is it kinda boring? I can't even just enjoy the racing cos there isn't any!
  16. I assume they mean Kyle suddenly being okay to ride again?
  17. Changed your mind already? Which is fine. But some people in the media seem to go on and go about it and make it to be a bigger thing than it is. No offence to Danny but bigger names have been left out of the Poole team before and never been this much of an issue. They will prob go on about it tonight non stop but we will see!
  18. Agree. Be interesting to see how they prepare the track. Hopefully they will just go with how the Poole riders want it. But must be tempting to try and do the opposite to how King likes it Edit - if anyone gets bored during the meeting, you could always take a shot every time they mention King making his return. Although you prob won't remember what happened the next day!
