Poole always make changes if they think someone better available. Perry got sacked last season and at the time just started getting 2-3 points a meeting (that one was harsher - but also was correct in the end), so imo Marson was never going to last until June.

No, it isn't easy but Ritchings was a lot more on the pace than Marson was, so correct decision imo.

Why not? He has been in majority of H15s this season and SH. Either Rowe or Cook at 5 would be okay imo. Plus if it doesn't work, can always change it again.

Tbf SS, FB and Arthur never said he was a good signing. I thought he was though and still think he can be (i haven't had a go). It's only been second home meeting. Apparently Poole riders weren't happy with parts of the track prep on the track walk, so you kinda on a loser before it even started imo. But I agree, whether it's different or not how they like it, they should know what to do. Which they kinda did near the end. Just left themselves to much to do imo.

Tbf he also said track is same for everyone so no excuses... Apart from the track prep! Apparently Anders ended up using a setup that he would use at Oxford, so no wonder they rode well!
