Poole always make changes if they think someone better available. Perry got sacked last season and at the time just started getting 2-3 points a meeting (that one was harsher - but also was correct in the end), so imo Marson was never going to last until June.

No, it isn't easy but Ritchings was a lot more on the pace than Marson was, so correct decision imo.

Why not? He has been in majority of H15s this season and SH. Either Rowe or Cook at 5 would be okay imo. Plus if it doesn't work, can always change it again.

Tbf SS, FB and Arthur never said he was a good signing. I thought he was though and still think he can be (i haven't had a go). It's only been second home meeting. Some people need to chilllllllllll Edit- also seen BK score lower for Poole when in the Prem consistently as a no1 and he never got sacked. But he was a management fave!
