  1. See Ellis is riding in Sweden next season, is he doing Poland?
  2. Sheffield must have had a reason! Race nights prob a big reason for them in doing it thinking about it.
  3. Ha, they did mention Weds and Fri clubs! I can't remember which reporter interviewed him from the 4 they have, but they seemed to think it will be Scunthorpe.
  4. Listening to the interview with Ryan on the speedway podcast today, he seems really keen to have a team place in the Championship. Just have to work around his Polish fixtures.
  5. Haha, you only need to follow Glasgow on twitter
  6. Yet the post above your says Wolves were struggling when there was restricted crowds. Good that they are setting something up so fans can help the club.
  7. Already signed for a Swedish team so that's him out of UK then? I wonder if Poole moved back up, he would ride in UK instead of Sweden? He's kinda been burnt a bit by some UK clubs in the past (KL sacked him for refusing to ride) and Ippo wouldn't or couldn't wait for him to sort out his visa apparently..?
  8. Chris is riding in Sweden and Poland next year, he's just tweeted his Polish team he signed for on twitter well I assume that's what it is, I haven't tried to translate it! Though not sure if it is top league Poland.
  9. Is it because of this... Glasgow Tigers Supporters' Group on Twitter: "AN EVENING WITH JASON CRUMP The GTSG winter event will take place on Saturday 27th November where we welcome 3 time world champion @jasonpcrump Thornton Suite, Ibrox Stadium £12, U12s Free 7:30pm https://t.co/0jkLqg1O90" / Twitter
  10. I'd ignore him! He hates it when Plymouth get any criticism but is one of the first to do it on other threads (mainly Poole and usually about the track!) Even though it's the best it's been for a long time.
  11. They are never gonna manage just one day! Normally it's three and often gets extended onto a 4th day lol.
  12. Maybe he's the 'unexpected rider that became available..' that I think Skidder said about? Hope so, good at Poole normally. Let him off for not getting much in playoff final as there was no way anyone was getting the better of the Poole HL's, they were very determined that night!
  13. Yes, I'd agree with that! Also if Glasgow want Basso then we could exchange him for Broc
  14. I was gonna add 'but on the other hand Sam Masters is no1 in both..' not sure his difference in average though Richie Worrall is only a couple of points difference. Maybe Steve needs a new challenge away from BV or stay but not be captain so he has more time to concentrate on his riding. Whoops I'm heading off topic now! Lol.
  15. Plus KL are charging £20 to attend in the top league, would people want to pay £3 extra to watch a few different names if Poole had to charge the same if moved up..? Especially on a race night Poole fans don't like unless it's the playoff final 2nd leg!
  16. Was Tuesday at one point during the 90s if I remember correctly and then changed cos of Sweden? Or maybe it was Tuesday occasionally, I can't remember exactly! Lol
  17. Also look at Steve Worrall's average between the 2 leagues, between 3.5 to 4 point gap! So maybe not as close as people think.
  18. But not the night they want Seems to be a bit of a deal breaker atm, along with costs!
  19. Chris riding in Sweden though, so prob can't..? I guess he still doing Poland.
  20. No, no, yes! Prem promoters aren't letting Oxford in, so why do we get to??!
  21. More likely to be Douglas (who you said!) than Hans considering he'll be riding in Denmark Weds. Unless there is anyone else who has become available that isn't public knowledge.
  22. Let's hope it doesn't take too long to get sorted out as riders aren't going to wait around forever, especially within the speed Championship clubs announce their teams! Having said that as long as we have a team in 2022, that is the main thing!
