  1. Where has anyone said it is most? They said some meetings. If you have a figure, please let the rest of us know!
  2. I think you'll find that's not a good thing! Didn't CVS say Wolves wouldn't run in the Prem if it is only 6 again. It is dwindling into nothing. Worrying times for the top league. Unfortunately for you, there is a need for Poole and a few teams to move up even if you don't like it!
  3. Lol, I think both managers are going to each leg of the finals. Havvy was at Poole last night with Middlo and Middlo went to Edinburgh also with Havvy but I think Havvy will be put down as manager in the programme.
  4. Officially I think, although Middlo was going up to the original staging in Glasgow before it got called off.
  5. Yes, in most of his races he was only inches behind them. Any slight mistake and he would have passed them. Quite exciting viewing when sat near the 4th bend!
  6. Lol, I think you are being a bit naive. Most Prem promoters group up together to get certain rules though, definitely not equal with or without Poole. A lot of rules Poole wanted never got through. Although getting no2 in the team on inside gates in H1 was Zorro's idea. I'm sure CVS misses Poole being in the Prem, him and Matt seemed to share similar views and had a good friendship together imo.
  7. Generalising again I see. And we definitely don't wonder when you bang on about it day and night! Lol.
  8. I always enjoyed going to Oxford. I hope they are in the same league as Poole, as don't really have anyone that close atm.
  9. Did those rumours start when Glasgow said they not ruling it out? I guess a lot could depend on how much they feel they need/want to be in the same league as Edinburgh. And if there are still protected race nights and if they feel happy to ride on a Monday/Thursday.
  10. The Met Office are giving out 'snow warnings' for beginning of November. So could get snowed off yet! Lol.
  11. Fair play to Steve and Rob considering there is a stream! Hope the Poole team keep to close-ish for you.
  12. Because some are predicting we might move back up, so why not?
  13. I had to check this post wasn't done by Pirateship for a split second there! Lol.
  14. I'm the opposite! Thursday is the worst day for me. Will try my hardest to go though!
  15. It is forecast to have heavy rain on Friday but dry at time of meeting. So it is quite difficult. Would you be happy if Poole kept it on despite the forecast and was off later in the day and still out of pocket a bit that way? Catch 22 situation.
  16. He's 42? Wow, I didn't realise that. Seems very fit then.
  17. I didn't see an Edinburgh fan but I did see a few Wolves ones (obv to see Rory and Sam) and a BV one (to see Richie and Steve?)
  18. Was a good meeting racing wise I thought, glad that Ben Cook seems to be okay. Wonder what @foreverblue has to say about Zaine? He was doing better than Basso first half of the meeting! Also had a little chuckle that even though we knocked Leicester out, he still gets a winners medal!
  19. Best I've seen Drew Kemp at Poole this season! Really unlucky on his second ride I think it was. Edinburgh gated on a 5-1, he seemed to go a bit too wide and ended up being a 4-2 to Poole. A lot of the first 8 heats were like that if Edinburgh had just a tiny bit more track craft at Poole, could easily been level on the night half way through. Josh Pickering and Richie Worrall performances were better than their score suggests. Richie winning both his first 2 races relatively comfortably for first two laps but Poole heatleaders were really up for it tonight, and there is no way that Rory was giving up that trophy! No one wanted it more than him tonight! Nearly every race he won he was looking at the crowd and raising his fist going over the line and his team riding was as excellent as always!
