Just a Charles Wright fan
I knew Ben Cook would do well, always been very good at Redcar but wasn't expecting top 3. Although if Ben did win there would be a fight for the number 12 race bib next year as that was the number Sam Masters had last season.
Hope Richard is okay, see if he rides at BV tomorrow but prob a doubt for Weds.
Carbs are fine if you have correct portion size. I am not sure excluding a whole food group is the way to go imo. But no harm in reducing it. Calorie counting is good to get right meal sizes to begin with but easy to get obsessed with it, so people need to be careful with it.
Sure Keto is good if you can keep it up but carbs are everywhere and very tempting. Also good for energy as didn't football players used to have pasta before a match until they moved on to having baby food!
Okay, so as Poole was used as the example. Poole fans have never experienced any playoffs that was a mini group. Always been top 4 in Prem as far as I can remember.
Idk! Any of us can finish top or last, hard to call it! Redcar helped by Jason Edwards getting RS spot in the Prem, should improve his form with more meetings.
Kinda confusing, Edinburgh saying Kye is in and Josh Pickering now riding in Poland. So I thought one is just replacing the other. But can't see either in this line up.
Yes lol. Although the crowd levels will be better for those meetings rather than against Scunny or Edinburgh/Brum. So if I was the accountant or Bank Manager I would welcome the group of death ha.

At least the Edinburgh management are trying to put both meetings in before the cut off.
But who? Us or Brum? Or triple header and just do 10 heats each? Would still end up being 30.
Ah ok. I was just going on KL bring fined for doing normal league meetings after playoffs had started but this prob 8-12 years ago so prob changed!
