  1. Congrats to Somerset - great performance. We missed Agent Kevin too much on the night. But Somerset sprung a few surprises. Cookie majestic again though but after 7 meetings in 8 days he must need a break. Let's hope the lads can regroup for Sunday.
  2. Really? "The scaphoid is one of eight small bones that make up the “carpal bones” of the wrist."
  3. Yes it could be the times he has broken track records rather than the number of track records he currently holds. Would be good to know the current list.
  4. Ash-tech has tweeted it's 9 track records for cookie.
  5. Hopefully Agent Kevin and Max le Cleggy will be back on Friday and fit to ride properly.
  6. Cookie rules. And yet another TR - how many is that?!!
  7. Was it not a scaphoid break that kept Cameron Heeps out of the Ippo side for weeks maybe months? And was he still not suffering from it this season? Scaphoid injuries always used to be a speedway rider's nightmare because of the length of time it took them to heal. Might be a bit foolhardy to ride with a busted one.
  8. Ok a broken scaphoid bone in his wrist (as was previously reported). Or is this another Panthers red herring?
  9. With Agent Kevin and Max the Cleggy out, I don't see how we can be favourites!! And that did seem to be a bit of a one-off for Erik at Somerset - though he rode well at Glasgow on Sunday. Hopefully he can remember how he did it!!
  10. Need some big performances from Sedgy and Erik to have any chance of keeping this close. Cookie and Smiler can't do it all themselves. Hopefully Rob can pick up a couple of points too.
  11. Looks like the snooze-fest most of us were expecting. Well done Panthers for hyping up the event to get in a big crowd though. Sheffo were always going to be poor.
  12. It's coming home, it's coming home - the League Cup's coming home!! Smug time again - apologies.
  13. Have to say the Weegie supporters have all been extremely magnanimous in defeat. If they triumph on Sunday I hope we can be the same. Anyone know a reliable weather forecast for Sunday?
