  1. Enjoyed my one and only visit for a double header involving Buxton some years ago and was very impressed with the set up, good luck to you and I hope your troubles are sorted in the short term.
  2. The old perry barr (70/80s) White city london, loved that place. hyde road. fantastic Just a mention for Newport. purpose built stadium for speedway, not grand but nice to visit, 4 sided stadium and always enjoyed my visits, such a bloody shame we lost it because of idiots.
  3. Agree with a lot he had to say, no real draws any more, and more points for coming second than first, nonsense.
  4. Brilliant, cant wait to see my first PL meeting there, fantastic news, Im so pleased for all of you. A terrible tragedy if we had lost the showground.
  5. Ive really enjoyed it over the last couple of seasons, Dave Goddard is fantastic as well, none of this over excitment you get with the sky boys, when nothing is happening. Perhaps a few e-mails from brit supporters to Premier sports would help.
  6. I quite like Stoke, am I right in thinking they lease the stadium, always found the staff to be friendly, the bogs are what they bogs, really need sorting. Qyite enjoy the racing its not the greatest, but it is NL level. Just glad there running, be up there a lot next season as Leicester have gone EL.
  7. Why have 4 clubs been given byes, isnt that two more meeting for the supporters of those clubs.
  8. I hope Stoke continue, enjoy my trips from Brum on the odd saturday night, dont go to as many as I would like to. Now that leicester have gone EL, my trips there will be just when the brummies are there and will get a few more meetings in at Stoke, they are both about the same distance for me.
  9. Good idea, should the bspa itself take over the licence and run thoses events, all the super 7s( sorry nearly laughed myself there, its the word super does it to me everytime) and the world cup meeting as it is a FIM track.
  10. I do know the difference between a speedway engine and another type of engine and all Ive seen all season are blokes on speedway engines.
  11. I hope its clear sunday and none of the awful wet stuff, really looking forward to this one.
  12. What time do the gates open, looking good.
  13. Hope its on want to come and watch some honest racing, fed up of the elite(ha), all the back biting and rule fixing has got on my nerves.
  14. Slightly disappointing, havent seen any of this any where. Hoped they would show it at Rye in the KOC final the bikes where there but no action. Seemed odd not having them race around.
  15. Weather permitting coming up for this one.
  16. I want to see how long it takes for the Cov supporters to do a war cry, what mouthful for a team.
  17. Enjoyed that, another good afternoons entertainment, well run and Doyle came through without a problem. In the last couple of days Ive seen two well run and presented meeting at the lower level. Tomorrow I go to Poole and watch a meeting run by skytv. Its a long way from Brum and a long journey home to have to get up in the morning and go to work, they sould take a look at the PL and NL in how to run a meeting and follow suit. Well done to Somerset on winning the KOC. Come on you Brummies.
  18. Pearson always tells us that its a good crowd at wolves when they are on the Telly, as this is a one sided stadium the crowd will always look bigger and better than most clubs that 3 or 4 sided stadiums, Peterborough always looks empty when there on the box. Its a sad state of affairs in this day and age but its cheaper to sit at home and watch the speedway, with the price of fuel to get to a stadium and general costs when your in there. We know for a fact that at Perry Barr the food and drink is cheaper for the dog racing than it is for the speedway, they even have offers of two for one for the dogs. It another case of rip off britian.
