  1. Things that are glaringly obvious to me are if your a promotor you get to vote as of then not 3 years down the line. Everything they vote on affects your business so why the hell can't you vote on it. Fixed entry prices say for instance Workington,Berwick or Plymouth for the sake of argument wanted to charge a tenner to get in why shouldn't they It's their business and they'd hardly be poaching fans off local rivals. I won't even mention advertising the fact that there's a team and meetings taking place, far better to keep it a secret for the chosen few.
  2. I believe Mr Hancock has one from photos I've seen on his twitter ànd instagram I always wondered what it was.
  3. NBJ likely out now as suffered a broken Coccyx in Denmark last week as reported on the Rockets vs Comets topic
  4. Were you one of them then Shads or would it have been a bit nippy around the nicky nacky noos
  5. Surely if SVEMO want to ban him it should be for 1 or 2 matches say next weeks meeting is called off then he's had no punishment. Who replaces him next week a junior in his position in the team or another rider of equal ability to the Grinning one.
  6. BK I think may be getting to the point where the pressure is starting to get to him ie He's Number 1 and expected to do a job every race He's guesting here there and everywhere and doing well because of his ability Then the WU21s as well Maybe his bikes and himself are getting a bit tired Or more likely IMO a temporary blip and he'll be back on it again very soon Cookie and Riss were on fire tonight so the last thing you want if things aren't going as you want Look at Woffy at the weekend a rider probably in the same predicament at a similar age and how much he's matured since then.
  7. Spectators will no doubt think there's a Timelord convention at the track due to the amount of Tardii(if that's the correct terminology) in the area.
  8. I reckon you could count on the fingers of one hand the times Sheffield has been a gaters track
  9. No doubting he's a great gater and we all know with that advantage you should do well, but he can't out gate his peers all the time and even when he does they have a good chance of reeling him in as they have more racing ability. It's my opinion you may not like it but if you put RL vs BK or CK on any track in the world I know who my money would be on to win a best of 3 Golden Helmet type matchrace
  10. Can Dickie the Gater do it 6 or if required 7 times on the night. It's a No from me
  11. Track is way too narrow why didn't they bring the white line in about 4ft along the straight (aways)
  12. How can Robert Lambert be given a place when he has yet to ride enough meetings to get an official average a ruling that had to be ignored for the 4TT which he later pulled out of. I admit he should be in the PLRC. Could it have been protests from other teams which caused him not to ride in the 4TT
  13. I thought all the Tigers had a bad day at the office yesterday
  14. Could it be John Cowboy Cook coming out of retirement
  15. If you could get brilliant white yacht varnish the whiteline could be done in an afternoon.
  16. They have that canal jumping with a pole always fully funny when someone takes an early bath. Almost as daft as the cheese rolling in Gloucestershire
  17. The Welsh Govt could ask the hoteliers of Cardiff why their exorbitant price rises had driven fans to go to Belle Vue instead.I'm all for making hay while the sun shines but how they can justify what in some cases is a 100% price rise for certain dates is beyond belief.
  18. Be excellent if the Falcons got a new track and model it on the county ground as much as possible all those bumps and ruts would soon sort the fancydan primadonnas out from the WHEAT.
  19. Just being nosy but does his son ride ? as he could be pretty good as there's a very good genealogy behind him.
  20. Poole should be made by the BSPA/SCB to paint the whiteline then the ref may see riders putting 2 wheels over the whiteline. In his 1st race DN did it twice in the same spot virtually opposite the pitgate though he gained no advantage. Also why do they open the pitgate as the winner crosses the line, accident waiting to happen methinks
  21. But would they want to be seen as strengthening a weak EL product
  22. TBH that's okay but personally having not been to the FenTigers Den since the very early 80s i find it totally bizarre that local tenants can complain about noise from the stadium with all that going on even if it's far less airplane noise than years agoEven more bizarre that people spend a fortune on a house without doing any homework on the local environment. Very much like those who move near a farm and complain about the cock crowing and the smell of manure, my memory is reminding me of a couple of CityFolk who moved somewhere years ago and moaned about the church bells ringing on a Sunday morning. If I lived there I'd break into the church and bring the F☆☆☆☆☆G bells all night and put cows☆☆t on their drive
