  1. Ashley Morris won't be asked to be a heat leader. He will start at reserve and maybe go into the main-body of the team as a second string. Something he was successful at last season in the difficult number 2 spot.
  2. No different than going MotoX'ing before the start of the season (like many speedway riders do), except you wouldn't think an injury could occur sledging. It's just a freak accident.
  3. But he might, that's the crux of it. Is it worth the gamble?
  4. I am sure they can confirm for themselves, but, as far as I am aware jenga is male.
  5. I'd forgotten that Jason King went Ice Racing once LOL!!
  6. It's not too long ago that P&P was cancelled due to snow!
  7. Sorry if I interpreted what you said/meant, incorrectly.
  8. Correct. But "parkendlass" suggested Greaves was not riding Championship to concentrate on Wolves. My point is that Nathan's tweet suggests otherwise.
  9. Nathan Greaves # 7⃣ 7⃣‏ @NGreaves77 Jan 18 More Well looks like I'll be starting the season off in just one league this year! (then three thumbs down emoji)
  10. Ellis P said this on Twitter in Jan.: When you can’t even ride in your own country ... will not be riding in he UK in 2018 #whatadisgrace
  11. Peterborough were never going to be the hosts, apparently, due to not being able to get the Showground
  12. I think it's more likely the threat of lawyers and going to the Court of Arbitration that the change was made
  13. Both have a Championship average from last season in any case!! Oh well, the plot thickens.... !!
  14. Nothing is certain. According to this weeks Speedway Star, Lawyers are now involved and, if necessary, the Court of Arbitration will used to get Scott, Eddie and anyone else in to the Championship, if they (the riders) so wish.
  15. The original poster for the 1973 film "The Sting" reads: "...all it takes is a little Confidence."
  16. I've now put the video on to my previous post.
  17. He posted a brief video on Twitter and Facebook yesterday. Seemed to look comfortable and he said he felt no pain when he rode.
  18. In 1995 (or it might have been 1996) Middlesbrough failed to sign a rider to make up the seven, and were allowed to use R/R for most of the season.
  19. Neil Machin (then co-promoter at Sheffield) was a great advocate for a 'Match of the Day' type highlights programme. I can't remember why it didn't get 'off the ground,' but I wouldn't be surprised if money didn't play a part.
