Ashley Morris won't be asked to be a heat leader. He will start at reserve and maybe go into the main-body of the team as a second string. Something he was successful at last season in the difficult number 2 spot.

No different than going MotoX'ing before the start of the season (like many speedway riders do), except you wouldn't think an injury could occur sledging. It's just a freak accident.

Nothing is certain. According to this weeks Speedway Star, Lawyers are now involved and, if necessary, the Court of Arbitration will used to get Scott, Eddie and anyone else in to the Championship, if they (the riders) so wish.

Neil Machin (then co-promoter at Sheffield) was a great advocate for a 'Match of the Day' type highlights programme. I can't remember why it didn't get 'off the ground,' but I wouldn't be surprised if money didn't play a part.
