  1. In my opinion having one league to encompass all clubs in the current premier and Championship would be the best option but I dare say it wouldn't suit the tv companies.
  2. Ok fair enough we are all entitled to our own opinion, that what a forum is about. It is a great shame teams like Reading aren't in existence anymore so when someone on here, not you i know that, says they would like a club burn't to the ground some of us find that abhorrent and difficult to believe that anyone would want any club to close even if they hate that club.
  3. Because you obviously dislike Poole so that makes you not neutral.
  4. I would definitely go if we dropped a league it is still my team just like my football team when they dropped a league, i have been to many lower league matches in football as well as speedway, its still very enjoyable and very competitive.
  5. I don't think that many were ramming it down your throats perhaps one or two.i don't think you choked really just we rode better in the second half of the meeting. You could say our top two choked at Ipswich though, they were awful. I hope the final is close to make it good viewing.
  6. Man eater mode? Don't see what she said had anything to do with gender.
  7. So in that case you would miss us if we weren't here anymore.
  8. Oh strange thought you would have mentioned It a lot as you seem to be on Poole threads nearly as much as Gavan!
  9. I expect Poole get a lot of mentions there too!! Everyone loves us really, your just in denial!
  10. Oh right so you want yet another team consiged to the scrap heap, how is that helping the sport in this country, i don't think many fans would want that.
  11. Things have to be said because you go on endlessly about your life outside of speedway, most of us don't see the need to mention it.
  12. Riders like Allen and Heeps rode a whole lot better than they did in the league because when we ride against you in the league they were just back from injury plus Iversen didn't ride in the league matches plus we changed our team for the worst, unfortunately Richie was injured who is good at Ipswich normally and getting THJ was a big mistake. We could have got someone like Auty and still retained Covatti at reserve. Holder was pretty good at Ipswich in the league but his performance at Ipswich was pathetic, so was Kurtz and they were meant to be our best riders! I think those two should hang their heads in shame. Swindon have a great team who are not afraid to give it a go in any conditions.I hope Ipswich make it a decent final. Lawson's performance could be key.
  13. I think you will find it is a reaction to the past where many have said Poole had choked. It is not a term i like or have used much in the past and in all honesty i don't believe it to be true in the vast majority of cases.
  14. We were celebrating the win which was fantastic after being 12 down, nothing more, we knew it would be tough to get the win overall, we were not thinking it was all over. You are the one who keeps ruining threads by your constant sniping at Poole and your ongoing feud with you know who. I do hope Ipswich give a good account of themselves to make it a decent final and not roll over like Wolves did.
  15. Rather not have to go to Foxhall every week thanks!
  16. Don't know where this dropping down a league nonsense came from, there is absolutely zero chance of it happening.
  17. With Heeps and Allen back to form i think Ipswich will win the home leg, those two ride like heat leaders at Ipswich. If NKI and Harris can produce something extra special then who knows what could be achieved.
  18. Well done Swindon top team against a very disappointing Wolves side, can't believe how bad they were.Onwards to the final where Ipswich have perennial play off man Harris who always struggles at Ipswich but could be a trump card at Swindon.
  19. Overall I thought Wolves would win given their reserves but Douglas doesn't ride the track well anyway and worse when its wet, the Wolves riders seemed to struggle with conditions and it cost them. I would hope they give it everything tonight and Swindon need to guard against complacency.
