To be honest it won't be Wells who is the difference between winning and losing the playoffs

The facts are MPT didn't ride thursday but rode friday, Wells didn't ride thursday but rode friday. You will have noticed that Wells got progressively worse over the last couple of weeks so took time out to get treatment. It made not difference to the results if he had ridden in pain and scored no points or not. Douglas isn't a track specialist he only got 5 points on his last visit with his team. I agree if he doesn't ride monday it looks fishy but he got a max last night so why wouldn't we want him to ride.

If he can ride like he obviously has tonight maybe he won't be out of the play offs, if we met Wolves he would be a big asset in the away leg.

Paid max for Wells tonight, the rest seems to have done him a power of good, maybe we will see some improved form. He rode well for us until recently.

MPT didn't ride for Kings Lynn last night either but is riding for Redcar tonight, doubt much wrong with Kenny Bjerre and would have rode without flight delays but to me that is a very reasonable excuse and the rules should allow a facility anyway.

I wouldn't put too much store on last nights performance, if he repeats it on Monday then I will have more confidence going in to the play offs when we will need all our riders on form. THJ looked a little better last night but still a long way short of what is needed.

Don't really care about the outcome to be honest, I am not a Swindon fan, thought you would have realised that, if I was I would be annoyed Belle Vue were allowed a facility for Bjerre missing a flight then claiming injury. Well we scored 58 last night but I think a much closer contest next Monday and hopefully some good racing for the cameras.

Well to be fair it was always going to be like that when you have one team with a rider out of his depth and a team with little to race for plus no point in racing risking injury when you don't need to.
