  1. What an appalling guest I guess he's cheap. If Poole don't win this now I would have to agree with Semion it would be the choke of the century.
  2. No didn't hear that, I may have been in the bar! Who listens to Rosco these days! Well Morris was last when he fell which I also mentioned before the meeting that he generally has a fall on his own and he didn't retire from any other race.
  3. That isn't a rule though is it? Didn't Somerset operate without a no.8 in the semi?
  4. As I said before the meeting Morris would be a poor guest and although Ellis messed it up he was clearly faster than Morris, both teams should have used r/r in my view, having Morris as a guest is no benefit. I don't know why Worrall should have been excluded as some have said but he rode really well, the way he breezed past Proctor was excellent. There were one or two passes but not many, apart from Worrall there was heat 1 swapping places between Harris and Lambert and Klindt passing Lambert. I think Harris was lucky not to be excluded in heat 13 when he touched the tapes, not surprised Ellis was excluded as he had been warned already but I was fully expecting both to go and of course MPT was very unlucky to be excluded, Freddie saw a gap which closed as MPT continued on the racing line and took him down. Once again Klindt was terrific after a slow start, he may have had some indifferent meetings in the championship but always rides well for us. Even with a 16 point lead it isn't all over but I doubt the bookies have KL as favourites anymore. We should dump Morris and go with r/r at Kings Lynn.
  5. You have a team , Ty, TJ,or Riss can take those rides they are all capable. Like Ellis they are all 6 pointers.
  6. Ellis is stronger at Poole but weaker at Kings Lynn, meaning overall not much in it.
  7. How would it make you uncompetitive when Robert Lambert could of taken 6 rides.
  8. I imagine the reason it has been done this way round is because we had already booked Morris for tonight and KL had booked Ellis for tonight.
  9. I think you are clutching at straws there, forecast is good for Wednesday, in fact it is likely to be warmer even in East Anglia.
  10. Trouble is Morris has a habit of falling off on his own and is generally more unreliable, personally I would have been happier if we had Ellis for both legs, for that reason and the fact that fans will say it's another fiddle and it shouldn't be allowed average wise. It wouldn't surprise me if Ellis outscored Morris.
  11. Yes that is true but in his last two meetings at Poole Iversen has scored 5 and 6 whereas Ellis has scored 9 and paid 9 so on form Ellis should outscore Iversen.
  12. In simple terms KL have replaced a rider who is notoriously bad at Poole with one who is notoriously good at Poole.
  13. I certainly think he will be a big miss at KL but not at Poole where he has been very poor.
  14. He is good enough and should have been offered both meetings for Poole, he could of said I can do both but not just one.
  15. I haven't blamed anyone just voiced an opinion of what I think should happen in the interest of the sport and it's viewing public. It was never going to happen as nobody cares.
  16. Probably not. Ellis got 12 at Peterborough yesterday and Morris 10 so advantage Ellis.
  17. I doubt the question was erven asked or considered. Iversen hasn't ridden like a gp rider over here all season, Ellis will probably score more than he would have.
  18. Don't think we are advantaged at all, Iversen hates riding at Poole these days, moaned like anything last time, his scores at Poole this season have not been very good so if Ellis scores more than 6 he will have been an improvement on Iversen.
  19. Yes he has been in very good form lately, got a massive score for Peterborough although they still lost.
  20. I have seen the crash but I have seen worse and the rider has ridden straight afterwards. There doesn't seem to be any information on exactly why he can't ride, I don't blame him for not wanting to ride after a crash like that but just wondered if there is a physical reason why he can't ride.
  21. The sport loses any credibility it has left with decisions like this , I agree they should both go with r/r or have the same guest for home and away
