Darcy Ward Says No Holder At Poole No Me At Poole
foreverblue replied to robert72's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Not noticed that . -
But according Pirates Of Poole has inferred the new rider would be the number one.
-
So how is he going to be the number one with Hans on a 10
-
Not sure about that, i think Matt may have a surprise up his sleeve.
-
Who said we are getting KK? Whoever it is won't be better than Holder but they won't be 12.53 average either so we will have more points for the bottom end which is the way Matt Ford has decided to go, we have had top heavy teams in the past and it doesn't always work.
-
But with that comparison Poole will have over 4 points left to strengthen the rest of the team. It will be a better team overall.
-
But there is a lot of difference between 10.01 and 12.53, it is a great shame Chris Holder is not back at Poole but by letting him go we have a better balanced team.
-
Reading between the lines of what Pirates Of Poole says and he generally has his ear to the ground on these matters it would appear we are signing a new up and coming rider and he will be a higher average than Hans. My Team Hans Jack Kyle Brady E.Perks T.Kurtz New 7.50 rider converted to 10.5

I don't believe that has ever happened before the avergae limit has stayed the same throughout the season. -
No if they decided his average wouldn't fit their plans he wouldn't be in the team. They didn't know the new rules when they agreed the contract. Didn't think he looked all that good anyway so don't think he will be in the team, a better prospect would be Anders Thomsen.
-
Can't see how Ellis won't be a heat leader, team would be too weak at the bottom end The only reason to get Doyle is to re-declare when his average drops.
-
Good signing for the Robins, i sincerely hope he has a great season, don't know why he isn't at Poole, his average isn't that high for his ability and plenty of improvement left to come.
-
He must have been on a diet!!

No it isn't but no surprise he has read it that way. -
Pure speculation he is even in the team, he could be bluffing on his twitter!!
-
He scored 10 in the ELA meeting and paid 12 in the shield.
-
So would Doyle.
-
Everyone is allowed an off night. He got 10 in the previous meeting.
-
Yes just like Poole honouring Hans two year deal.
-
If that's anything like the team, i will enjoy my trips to Swindon next season!
-
The fans get behind whoever is in the team, Holder is a popular rider but Matt Ford has decided to go strength in depth, time will tell if he is right but he hasn't been wrong too often in recent times.
-
Maybe he can go to another team to reduce his average!! As Matt Ford said in the paper because of the new rules, if Holder were to score a 12-point maximum every meeting, effectively we would be giving away half a point in our team-building structure.
-
He isn't a Poole rider, he rode for Poole in one season, he is a Lakeside rider and still is their asset. Ford makes his decision on having riders who have the most chance of improving their average.
-
You haven't seen Jack holder ride then, he is going to be better than Ellis in my opinion.
-
Matt Ford states it in the local paper that he argued for Adam Ellis's average to be reduced.
