  1. The Danish individual championship on Friday will be televised by Danish TV 2 Sport. They will also broadcast the league final in September. http://omtv2.tv2.dk/nyhedsartikler/nyhedsvisning/8/spaending-i-verdensklasse-i-dm-speedway/
  2. Kildemand is supposed to be back according to speedwaynyheter. http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/2015/08/18/serieledarna-pa-besok-i-gislaved/
  3. Vetlanda's team manager is pretty upset with Lejonen since he considers them not to even try to win their meeting. http://www.vetlandaposten.se/article/staaf-till-tuff-attack-mot-lejonen/
  4. All meetings starts at 19.00 CEST / 18.00 BST: Live results at: http://www.svemo.se/Speedway (result pages will be blank until maybe 10-20 min before start of the meetings) Blank race card: http://www.mediafire.com/view/hq5xgd1bg2gz5z4/Blank_Heat_schedule_ES.AS.pdf Dackarna - Piraterna is the televised meeting. Will be live on ESP 2 at 19.00 Swedish time. Possible stream here: http://www.vipleague.me/motorsports/322435/1/swedish-elitserien-speedway-live-stream-online.html Preliminary lineups round 13 Lejonen - Elit Vetlanda Lejonen Rafal Okoniewski Linus Sundström Peter Kildemand Mathias Thörnblom Tobiasz Musielak Pontus Aspgren Oliver Berntzon Elit Vetlanda Tai Woffinden Peter Ljung Emil Sayfutdinov Tomas H Jonasson Bartosz Zmarzlik Kenny Wennerstam Jacob Thorssell Should be an easy win for Vetlanda unless they plan on lowering the averages for their riders. Jacob Thorssell is finally given another chance to prove himself. Rospiggarna - Indianerna Rospiggarna Andreas Jonsson Andzejs Lebedevs Timo Lahti Grzegorz Walasek Martin Vaculik Kim Nilsson Mads Korneliussen Indianerna Antonio Lindbäck Fredrik Lindgren Piotr Protasiewicz (if R/R, all riders are eligible for R/R heats) Mikkel Bech Niels-Kristian Iversen Joel Andersson Scott Nicholls Will be close and I think Rospiggarna will win since Indianerna rarely performs while under pressure. It is not know if Protsiewicz will ride or if they use R/R for him. I also don't know why A.Laguta isn't riding but maybe he have a meeting in Russia? Dackarna - Piraterna Dackarna Michael Jepsen Jensen Hans Andersen Jason Doyle Joonas Kylmäkorpi Nicki Pedersen Robin Aspegren Mikael Max Piraterna Chris Holder Victor Palovaara Darcy Ward Jonas Davidsson Piotr Pawlicki Daniel Davidsson Fredrik Engman This will be very interesting, no Greg for Piraterna (he is suspended) and Jonas Davidsson will replace him. Dackarna have lost two straight meetings but gives Hans Andersen another chance despite not riding well in the past two meetings. Really hard to predict this one. Obviously Holder/Pawlicki/Ward cannot afford to drop many points if Piraterna is to win. Imo Dackarna will pull away in the beginning and Piraterna will counter by tactical subs.
  5. Were you the photographer wearing, blue jeans, a green t-shirt and a black backpack?
  6. I don't think Nicki should have let it go. Physical violence is never ok and it is regrettable that the referee and the federation didn't act themselves. It shouldn't be down to the riders to act themselves. Also once the complaint was filed Svemo took way to long to deal with the matter, it should have been dealt with immediately, not 2 months later.
  7. Well the Polish team doesn't look strong at all. Also I think the semi final balancing seems a bit uneven. The Opole semi looks much stronger the other one.
  8. Tomorrow's meeting between Munkebo and Holsted have been postponed due to poor track conditions. http://mobil.fyens.dk/article/2765469
  9. 6 rounds is way too few meetings. It should be at least 10 rounds. The reason why the SEC only is 4 rounds is that it's hard to fit more meetings into the calendar.
  10. I have also seen claims that he didnt want to ride because he wanted to rest his back for todays Polish league meeting. Had he withdrawn before he had signed in, he wouldnt have been allowed to ride in Poland today. Since the SEC is an official FIM(-Europe) championship, any rider who have entered it or it's qualifiers cannot just fail to show or pull out to ride somewhere else. If they would, they would automatically receive a ban for the day after the meeting they pulled out from. We saw this happened to several Russian riders when they didn't show up for the SWC race off.
  11. There is one linked in this article http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/2015/08/14/sec-dags-deltavling-kumla-morgon/
  12. Not as good as SEC R1 in Torun but better then all GPs except Målilla which was very good as well . Leigh Adams is another one.
  13. Definitely not a poor meeting, a few less good heats in the first two rounds but overall a very good meeting. Plenty of good racing but haters gonna hate.
  14. From the second interval and onwards it was a very good meeting. The first 8 heats wasn't that good and the gates were far too uneven for the whole meeting.
  15. Ove, Michelsen only scored 4+2 in Sweden this week, not sure I would call that well.
  16. The rules says that the rider that causes the stopping of the heat should be excluded. Then there is situations where it can be hard to determine which rider that is at fault. Sometimes several riders can be equally at fault.
  17. results final emil Laguta nicki Antonio ;ex) Antonio was excluded since he inside the white line.
  18. No reason have been announced. Don't know why thetrack isn't as good as it usually is.
  19. Gollob have withdrawn from the meeting. Engman will take his heats.
  20. It seems that many decided to stay at home, does not look like more then 3000 or thereabouts. A shame really, great track, great riders and great weather. Does not get much better than this.
