  1. wtf are Linus doing? It looked like he wanted to be passed.
  2. I don't know where it went, I only heard the second part. *edit they just said that the next heat is about 10 min away. While we're waiting they will show some clips from last years team final.
  3. They're waiting for a new ambulance to arrive.
  4. A Polish equivalent of BSI. http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=sv&ie=UTF8&prev=_t&rurl=translate.google.com&sl=pl&tl=en&u=http://www.onesportmarketing.pl/index.php&usg=ALkJrhg-pfY3zmvTULc5oGd1BBiWtU71CA
  5. Dackarna - Västervik for next week. Ikaros Smederna - Piraterna at the 25th.
  6. heat 15 was pretty good but other then that a pretty mediocre meeting. A few passing due missed lines and etc but that's not proper passing.
  7. Well Alan, imo riders going to wide/outside ideal line is not the same as the rider behind doing a good pass.
  8. That is what I thought as well but apparently Ole have allot of influence over wild cards, especially at Parken. It was an interview with Kenni after his with Smederna vs. Hammarby last week. The journalist asked Kenni about his season so far (Kenni have been very good in Sweden so far this season), and his chances of a wild card for Parken. Kenni replied that he would not have a chance for the wild card since to be considered for a wild card, a rider (no matter how good he is) have to be on Ole's "good list". This was because Ole (according to Kenni) had allot of influence/saying about the wild cards in general and the wild card to Parken in particular. Also I didn't get the impression that Kenni thought the MJJ wasn't a good choice or anything. Unfortunately the article is not available online. I agree with MJJ as a wild card while there are other good Danish riders that could also have been potential wild cards.
  9. He wasn't referring to himself but rather in general terms of Ole Olsen methods of picking Wild Cards. It doesn't matter how good a rider is, if he's not on Ole's "good list" that rider will never receive a wild card. Who got the WC last year? MJJ why not NKI who was much better then MJJ (still is).
  10. No surprise, especially not after Kenni Larsens statement to the local newspaper here where he said that Ole Olsen only gives wild card to "his friends".
  11. Elitserien 2013 Round 6, 2013-06-11 Elit Vetlanda - Dackarna #Tv meeting# Elit Vetlanda Martin Vaculik 1,714 - 1,320 Bartosz Zmarzlik 0,790 - 1,867 Jaroslaw Hampel 1,964 - 2,250 Thomas H Jonasson 1,579 - 1,350 Janusz Kolodziej 1,950 - 1,556 Jacob Thorssell 0,677 - 0,941 Ricky Kling 0,508 - 0,889 total average: 9,182 - 10,172 Dackarna Patryk Dudek 1,609 - 1,760 David Watt 1,393 - 1,125 Michael Jepsen Jensen 1,651 - 1,962 Dennis Andersson 1,119 - 1,267 Fredrik Lindgren 1,646 - 1,815 Simon Gustafsson 1,250 - 0,688 Mikkel Michelsen 1,032 1,125 9,454 10,142 This is this round's tv meeting. Elit Vetlanda took their second victory last week after 3 straight losses, they are now at 6th place. Thomas H Jonasson made a pretty good comeback yesterday at the Grand Prix qualification at St. Johann. Dackarna had a really tough loss last week at home against Vargarna so I don't expect them to win here either. I also don't expect anything special at all from the meeting, Vetlanda is usually from the gate, although some say that the racing have improved. Race card for this meeting (updated 11/6 at 09.38): http://www.mediafire.com/view/yihsdm3w6xdog64/R6.ElitVetlanda-Dackarna.pdf Indianerna - Vargarna Indianerna Rune Holta 1,279 - 1,556 Joonas Kylmäkorpi 1,241 - 1,300 Piotr Protasiewicz 1,836 - 2,200 Damian Balinski 0,561 - 1,381 Niels-Kristian Iversen 2,462 - 2,120 Antonio Lindbäck 1,469 - 1,227 Mathias Thörnblom 0,682 - 0,733 total average 9,530 - 10,517 Vargarna Peter Kildemand 1,225 - 1,846 Grzegorz Zengota 1,556 - 1,625 Kim Nilsson 1,164 - 1,190 Tomas Gapinski ,721 - 1,278 Adrian Miedzinski 1,600 - 2,040 Pontus Aspgren 0,679 - 0,625 Anders Mellgren 0,750 - 1,182 total average 8,695 - 9,786 Indianerna only managed a draw last week after a great meeting at their home track. This week, they're up against Vargarna who had a surprise win away against Dackarna last week, they obviously are looking to repeat it, but I think that Indianerna is a completely different and stronger team compared to Dackarna, also their track is quite different compared to Målilla. Indianerna's team manager Dalle Andersson have opted to use Holta instead of Emil who have been struggling in Elitserien so far. However Holta is listed as nr6 and Antonio as nr 1, according to Svemo's averages Holta's season entry average (Holta have not reached 12 heats yet) is higher then Lindbäck's average so Holta should not be at the reserve. Vargarna is still without Nicki and Nicholls, Nicki plans to ride in Gorzow and from there goto full league schedule. Piraterna - Hammarby Piraterna Greg Hancock 1,892 - 2,412 Fredrik Engman 0,500 - 1,158 Jonas Davidsson 1,356 - 1,692 Przemyslaw Pawlicki 1,722 - 1,867 Chris Holder 1,719 - 2,115 Anton Rosén 0,782 - 0,900 Linus Sundström 1,455 1,048 total average 9,426 11,192 Hammarby Rafal Okoniewski 1,432 1,316 Leon Madsen 2,015 1,600 Artem Laguta 1,630 2,143 Robin Aspegren 0,500 1,385 Grzegorz Walasek 1,803 1,808 Alexander Edberg 0,540 0,500 Mikael Max 1,446 1,263 total average 9,366 10,014 A meeting that will end with a victory for Piraterna is my prediction for this meeting, Hammarby isn't that bad but far from good enough to be able to be a threath to Piraterna at their home track. Piraterna will use R/R for Pawlicki and Hammarby will use R/R for Madsen. I don't understand though why Piraterna can't use Janowski? Is he injured or something? Västervik - Ikaros Smederna Västervik Peter Ljung 1,415 1,931 Tomasz Jedrzejak 1,679 1,500 Chris Harris 1,682 1,458 Daniel Nermark 1,719 - Troy Batchelor 0,895 1,640 Hans Andersen 1,424 1,261 Ludvig Lindgren 0,841 1,263 total average 9,654 9,053 Ikaros Smederna Andreas Jonsson 2,071 1,773 Peter Karlsson 1,672 1,650 Grigory Laguta 1,600 2,000 Krzysztof Buczkowski 1,646 1,739 Kenni Larsen 0,941 2,091 Szymon Wozniak 0,657 - Magnus Zetterström 1,328 - 1,550 total average 9,915 10,803 The fourth and final meeting this round is between team nr 3 and team nr1 in the standings. Smederna have four straight wins while Västervik lost both their meetings the past week. Daniel Nermark will make a comeback for Västervik while Smederna have decided to give Szymon Wozniak a chance which means that Oliver Berntzon is outside the team this week.
  12. Oliver Berntzon went through yesterday's Euro-Junior championship semi/Nordic junior final undefeated. This means that Oliver is the Nordic Junior champion and that he qualified for the Euro Junior final in Güstrow in August. Full results: http://www.smederna....ews&newsid=2690
  13. Swedish commentator was Peter Dahlbom and I think he did an ok job. A little confused in the beginning but thats understandable with riders switching gates/not following what the on-screen graphics say. Some Swedish viewers complained that he didn't recognized the rider's kevlars. The meeting was ok although the Swedes were awful.
  14. Well as I wrote on the updates board, there is the final at Poole. I wouldn't be surprised if Harris would get the wild card for it Although some speculate that Tai might get if he would miss out on top 8 due to his injury.
  15. yes he doing fantastically well, constantly getting beaten.
  16. The highest priority is meetings in which you represent your country. especially when the EL wants to have meetings every day of the week.
  17. Same problem with Swedish commentator is normally are very good at commentating, I think it might be a problem with the on screen graphics.
  18. no the mistake was to schedule the speedway at 19.00 rather then 19.30 or 20.00 I also don't think that scheduling on ES2 would be a mistake since I don't think that there are that many that have access to ES2.
  19. I think Iris123 is spot on. Speedway will be on once the tennis is finished.
  20. My Eurosport still shows the tennis from Roland Garros, with speedway listed as live from 19.00
  21. results from Avesta MASters; http://www.masarna.nu/nyheter.cgi?id=24483 Semifinals: Semi 1: Antonio Lindbäck 3, Ted Hagansbo 2, Nike Lunna 1, Maksim Bogdanow 0. Semi 2: Eric Andersson 3, Andziej Lebedev 2, Anton Rosén 1, Chrisitan Agö 0.
  22. Wackie its the head that's the problem but rather his bikes. Also Antonio had a very poor start in last year's series. If his poor form continues I agree that he should not get a wc however qualify by own performance applies to the other riders aswell, particulary Lindgren and Harris who are two of the most charitided riders in the history of thr Grand Prix.
