Stefan Klemetz mentioned at the start of the stream that teams with VIP lounges are allowed to have dinner guests since it counts as a restaurant. However all VIP things needs to be pre-booked and social distancing rules apply with tables separated (if team violate that their VIP will be closed).

Only rider nr 7 can replace another rider (except for possible tactical substitute). Like RR says it cannot be used for a rider that becomes injured during the meeting.

The Russian federation have pulled the starting permit for Vadim Tarasenko with a very short notice so he won't ride for Masarna tonight. Alexander Liljqvist will take Vadim's place in the lineup.
