Just a thought having re-watched the Denmark Slovenia race. Zagar outgated MJJ from gate 2 and sped off into the distance leaving Skorja to fend for himself but he was unable to make any inroads into the Danish pair. Maybe I'm being a bit unreasonable here but why couldn't Zagar, having outgated MJJ, have slowed MJJ on the first bend and allowed both Bjerre and Skorja to go outside him? This would have given Skorja a chance to choose his line with Zagar defending against MJJ. Even if MJJ passed either Zagar or Skorja the result would have been no different to how it finished but at least MJJ would have had to fight to get through. (Edited for punctuation)

Yes, you're both right. Having just read back the Somerset Swindon thread he is the only one slating Bellego. As you say Grachan, and I guess it applies to all 7 point heatleaders, they'll have some cracking meetings and some rubbish ones. That's why they're averaging seven.

I don't have a team to follow but it seems odd to me that some Swindon fans are on Bellego's back. According to the SCB averages both Bellego and Musielak started on 7.37 and they are now, per update 9 on 14th May, on 7.46 and 7.42 respectively. Am I missing something obvious?

Looking at the updates it also took 5 attempts to run heat 9. I wasn't there so can't comment on how long that one took in total but it obviously added to the time taken.

Maybe I'm a bit thick (probably) but how could he have an opinion on something that didn't exist 40 years ago.

That'd be interesting as league speedway didn't start at Arena Essex until 1984......

Holder bout to have a off season like he 1/2 I can't find a follow up tweet but he does also say "Just seeing the wildcards. I believe nki is unlucky n Vaculik is lucky on them picks."
