Perhaps it's time to lay down some ground rules for riders that race under a team sponsored banner such as Monster if it was in the GP rules that another rider can help another rider under that sponsorship banner fans wouldn't feel so cheated as they have today - it would also encourage other sponsors maybe Red Bull to have a team in the GPS and others of course- just a thought I could be talking c##p

Am I the only one that thought Hancock let AJ win in his second ride ? Cus it certainly looked that way to me and the reaction of AJ towards Hancock after the race looked that way also not as blatant as the Holder let through but I'm sure he let AJ by .

trouble is she won't take her rose tinted glasses off .
-
Wazniak would be a great signing
-
well yes that would be very fair - a football club goes bust like Glasgow Rangers they was religated to 2 else 3 leagues so minus 4 league points is very fair in my opinion .
-
I agree total farce from Leicester speedway - if Leicester do run in 2017 and I guess that's a big IF which ever league they do run in if they can find someone to take this shambles on that is - I think the Lions should start on minus 4 league points .
-
yes and It maybe but I can assure you Lynnboy knows exactly what he talking about.
-
they got to get some financial backing from somewhere which ever league they line up in .
-
absolutely I agree 100% - Dale should stick with what he's good at NL - let's hope Rob stays but I very much doubt he will I sorry to say - as some have said Rory hasn't retired so that would rule him out if he's still riding - and I doubt he would step foot back into the Kings Lynn corner of the pits either after how he was treated and spoken too but he would command respect from the riders his motivation skills are second to none or they was as club captain and he would with out doubt have contacts in Europe and Australia . I'm sorry if some don't agree but Dale doesn't come close given the choice of Rob carrying on as team manager or Rory (slim chance or no chance of it happening ) Dale would in my option be bottom of the pile .
-
not been around long enough not managed the national team for instant won bugger all trophy wise - so how the hell do you think he would be good for the team ? and have contacts for signing new riders .Sorry not the right man for the job won't ever find out at Lynn after how Rory was treated and spoken too , which is a disgrace .
-
Unless this meeting is run during next week or switch of venues can't see this meeting taking place big Stock meeting next weekend at Kings Lynn so won't be next weekend .
-
Rory would be the ideal man to replace Rob if he indeed does leave which seems likely but sadly how things ended with Rory and the promotion I doubt he will step foot back into a role at Kings Lynn . My guess Rory could end up replacing Havelock at Brandon - Dale for me isn't the right person doesn't carry enough respect with the riders in my opinion .

speedway as a product is still stuck in the 60s/70s nothing has change the sport though has gone down hill fast over the last 5 years so what hope have we got of attracting new fans ? When promoters take fans for granted promoters that put 0 effort in to do what there job title says - people are more choosy what they spend hard earned money on now days there are so many other options and it's time promoters realised this .
-
well I'm sorry it was waterlogged or you was at a different meeting to me , the track man seemed clueless about what to do with the track the track was just wet slop yet they still opened the gates to take our money when they knew it never be on how on earth you say every man and his gog thought it go ahead is absolutely beyond me soon as I and many more walked in the stadium we knew it was never going to be on .
-
sadly I doubt Rory Schlien won't ride for the club again after how he was treated I doubt he will return in any capacity on or off track under the current owner/promotor .

Who Owns Their Own Stadiums
Haza replied to CookieIpswich's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
so all these clubs has to make money as they all have a massive advantage over the rest as no rent to pay and all income from bars and food out lets - let's put it this way if these clubs don't make money it's bleak out look for the rest . and the chances of that being repaid over 60 years I'd guess is 0% as I've said all along I don't get how the figures add up at BV how can they afford this mortgage I'm guessing is payable over 12 months of the year ? 14 home EL meetings a semi final and final plus the WC that's 18 meetings plus the NL fixtures which I guess are run at a loss , yes the play off semi and final was well attended as was the WC but surly they need crowds like that every meeting to cover this mortgage ? Don't get me wrong I hope this stadium and club survives but I don't get how the figures all add up . -
How Do We Attract A New Young Audience?
Haza replied to PHILIPRISING's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
The best way is more weekend fixtures - as simple as that , may not solve all speedways problems but it would certainly help attract more fans .
