Leicester Lions Vs Kings Lynn Stars - 15 August
Haza replied to scottrocks's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
We was there also and to be honest I really don't no how we won we dug deep to get those 3 points and with a little more from Kenny B to would have been much easier and maybe even got 4 points KB managed to beat fast track riders and PL riders and when on gate 1 apart from that was poor - inspired choice of guests in Ellis and Lawson well done Rob . We might sneak a play off place but with KB in the side semi is as far as we will go . -

was that ever in doubt ? We need to dump Millik before he gets a new lower average a lower average that will help parent club Poole in 2016 dump him ASAP - Michelsen is the obvious replacement I feel . -

as far I'm concerned sooner he goes the better - buster certainly won't be held to ransom by a 17 year old . -

no not at all Millik wasn't fit to ride at Lynn last night but I'd bet a dead cert to line up in Saturday euro round when we are away at Leicester with a NL guest to cover for him - Lambert if he's out for the rest of August what's the point in keeping him in the team it's all about top 4 Finnish . And with Lambert from what I hear there are other issues. -

Depending on how long they are both out for though I'm sure Millik will be fit for the euro round Saturday I'd consider dumping both of them - it's all about the next few meetings if we don't make top 4 season will be over at Lynn in August. Millik definitely should go - Lambert if not back by next Wednesday should also go -

Kings Lynn V Leicester Thurs 13 Aug

I don't like it either but what's the alternative? These meetings have to be run by a up coming cut off date which I guess will be earlier than past season because of certain riders will be flying to Melbourne for the SGP . -

Guests are part and parcel of speedway at all levels so unless each team has a squad of say 10 riders guests will always happen -

don't go tonight as the meeting is tomorrow- Some have said they are not going to this meeting well it's vital meeting we need 3 points guess some fans have given up I for one still want the Stars to make the play offs even if we go no further than the semi - some sad people just giving up -
Kings Lynn Vs Belle Vue : Wed 23rd July
Haza replied to g13webb's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
totally agree about Roynon and Nielsen crash it happened right in front of us did Neilsen chain come off causing Roynon to hit Steffen ? But as you say Roynon totally disrespected Steffen didn't give him a glance as Steffen laid on the track Roynon picked his self up and his bike and walked away more worried about his bike than Steffen . The meeting itself was top draw I thought good all round team performance from track prep to the team . Onwards to the play offs but we are not strong enough to go any further than the semi in my opinion. -

Tough meeting tonight lot depends on which Zagar turns up for Aces and which Kenny B turns up for the Stars also how fit is Lambert and Porsing ? If they are not near 100% fit I hope common sense prevails and guest and or R/R is used if either starts the meeting and then pulls out the Stars will be in trouble. -

Music was poor also this might be naff but gets the crowd going Peter Kay show me the way to Amorillow with the crowd on the air horns and Mexican waves never happened and even the bongo drums on the big screen as I say it might be naff but it gets the crowd going - Saturday was flat as a squashed hedgehog on the M25

Rounded the weekend off at Peterborough this afternoon for the PL meeting against Redcar those who thought the GP was good should have been at Pboro top class racing loads of passing not all about gate 1 - all in all a good weekend 3 meetings in 3 days and I guess 2 out of three ain't bad - will do Cardiff again next year as the social side out weighs the speedway for me at Cardiff Somerset PL pairs is always good will do that again .
