If the club changes race night it's going to be for a big name signing in my opinion and the only rider that fits the bill is Nicki can't see the club switching race night for anyone else .

everyone seems to forget Kerr almost died in the crash at Pboro- Rory all but ended up in a wheel chair in his crash in Poland if anyone thinks these riders will come back and carry on were they left off last season I think you will be disappointed they will need time to get confidence back at least - they may never get back to were they was - i ve said this since the season ended I'd go with one but not both .

and there you have it in one - one reason we've never won the top league title - in PL we was ruthless we had no problem ditching riders for the good of the team and the trophies came . So you sooner race Wednesday nights and not have such a good team ? but at least we are loyal ? If we are not in it to win it what's the point ? Surely it Buster and Rob job to get the strongest team possible ? If that means switching race nights and changing the reserves then so be it .

could be the best move of the winter to dump Kerr who knows what he will come back from his big injury like with him and Rory in the side it's a massive risk .

I was in Manchester at the weekend and yesterday morning we caught a taxi to the new stadium just to have a look and I have to say the photos certainly doesn't do the new stadium justice it's far more impressive from what I could see and it was only from the pavement through the fence the track looks like being big and wide the track lights are up home straight grandstand and back straight stand looks like the pits are under construction as well , well impressed with what I saw and yes I was one who doubted this stadium would ever be built I hold my hands up and say I was wrong - will be back to Manchester for the World Cup for sure .

that's very true but will it survive 20 years ? The way speedway has gone down hill over the last 5 years there will be nothing left in 20 years time .

not wishing to be unkind but NL fixtures isn't exactly going to fill the place I'd guess 400 - 500 would be classed as a good crowd- also 6million over 60 years the way speedway is going that loan will never be paid back unless things change . As I ve said I hope it's a massive success but I'm glad it's not the club I support Kings Lynn that spent 6million I'd be very very concerned for the future .

then is the rent from Belle Vue speedway payable 52 weeks of the year ? as the interest will be added 52 weeks of the year . This coming season has to be a success as a poor season could see this being a short lived move for the Aces , Maybe crowds will increase but they have to if not the club will be in major trouble .As I said earlier 14 league meetings The Peter Craven meeting and the two World Cup meetings are all that are certain to take place , just can't see how it all adds up if rent is payable year round - 1500 fans isn't no good yes you will get a full house for the first meeting but it's keeping those fans coming week after week . I'm not doom and gloom I really hope the new stadium is a massive success and its a boost the Aces need .

a very good post - I have one question how is 1500 speedway fans over 14 meetings going to keep this stadium afloat let alone make this stadium pay .

must say it would be nice to have an update from the club on what's going on and were we currently are regarding the top 5 line up . But all through last season the PR bit was very poor from the club so why would we expect an update ?

unless they pull a rabbit out of a signing there won't be a Niels replacement in the way of his points scoring ability- a good around top 5 is the way I see the side . But if your waiting for an out and out big hitter I think you will be disappointed

One of the biggest worries for me is Kerr back from a big crash already in the team and Rory if given a team place both are massive gambles that's a bigger worry than who's going to be No1 for me if both struggle our season is over before its begun .

Really can't understand the defeatist attitude on here -get real it's November our first meeting is 4 months away has Buster and Rob ever let us down ? Yes we are all sad to lose NKI but life goes on and so will this great club .

id say they'd both want to do the same part of the season that would be the problem there .

So getting back on topic who is likely to be in KIngs Lynn top 5 a big hitter doesn't look too likely unless Nicki Pedersen can be tempted back to the club which I'd guess is unlikely he well may fancy a short term contract early season but that's not really the answer so who else could we sign ? Batchelor is one with connections with the club still sponsored by our main sponsor also - I guess Rory is in the frame also for a team place though I think a massive risk after his big crash last May but same can be said about Kerr but Lewis is already signed - Porsing is another with local sponsor and in with a shout of a team place .Mickel Mickelsen is another rider that could do a good job for the club and I guess Kenny B is now back in the frame also - and of course Robert Lambert -with NKI not coming back in 2016 it's freed up points and I'd also say finance as well .Im sure Buster and Rob have a ace or two up there sleeve time will tell over the next few weeks .

and you'd be better off worrying about Pboro in the PL than worrying about Lynn in the EL
