Yes it is gustix, for a town as big as Dudley and its history it's unbelievable the lack of sport and leisure. The town is basically full of charity and pound shops. Back in the day it had all the big shops. It's typical of the if you don't invest you don't move forward. Very sad

I've been to a couple of Plrc lately and wouldn't have gone next year at Sheffield as the two I went to were rubbish, went to Glasgow last year and loved it so will be at the clrc next year

Off topic a bit but it's the reason I've lost it with football, when the premiership started it was top foreign players who joined but now it's anybody resulting in limited home grown players resulting in a loss of local identity for teams. Then again crowds at premier league teams are still big so maybe it's me

I thought the pl and cl didn't join together because of lack of riders but it looks like there's plenty spare, wouldn't that have been better than having 2 divisions with promotion ,relegation and the farce of one rider riding for both the teams in the play off. Eg Danny King maybe

Ive watched that race a few times Sidney and must admit even for back then I thought Bernie's move was hard but I'm sure I read even Briggo thought he left a gap so it was a fair move. Might be making that up tho On JB I remember in speedway star about 76 ish when he said how desperate he was to get into the world final,I think he had 7 off 4 rides and he's clutch burned out and he broke the tapes in his 5th ride. He said it was cuz other riders were messing about at the start. Nothing changes! I remember feeling gutted for him at the time

Tbh I reckon the Swindon situation will turn into a farce, can see them racing away fixtures to start then the stadium not being ready in time to get the home meetings in so will have to drop out the league. Could finish with 6 teams and a shambles bigger than anything we've seen before. And let's be honest that takes some doing
