Well I enjoyed that , a cracking meeting compared to the nl meetings this year at monmore. My first. El meeting this year and the difference on this viewing is massive. Was a bit shocked at it being £20 but you get what you pay for I suppose. Thought maybe Poole deserved a point. Plenty of passing even when the track went a bit slick because of the early start

what you said about diet Steve have you noticed how big bomber seems compared to say Greg and Tai. I think this is one area Tai knows Team GB has to improve on

different level of course but I won a fair few medals at football Sunday league and 5 a side, running etc, no idea where any of the medals are whereas my mate who got the same medals knows exactly where his are and they mean a lot to him. I was just happy competing and winning a few things. its the memories for me. were all different
