I brought that up as it was mentioned on another post that the Scots would never win etc they then went onto to say they know the English lads wont win but its good for them to have fun and gain experience. Haggis i really dont care what the English guys score as im a Danish fan when it comes to international events and a Hans Andersen fan in GPs. So i dont criticise "team GBs" scoring as it doesnt affect me in the slightest. Change Stoddart with Tully and you have yourself a Scottish team that would indeed finnish ahead of the teams that currently occupy 4th place. If it was about winning England wouldnt have a team either. Also all the talk was of the team having fun and gaining experience. So why should Scotland not be able to have a team to go out and have fun and gain experience. We would have to go through the qualifiers like everyone else. You will see the real gulf in class come Thursday when there is no 4th team there to ease your passage through. 3 of the Worlds top teams England really will look out of place.
