riders throw punches at each other on a regular basis was this more serious was this a personal thing biassed towards 1 team or 1 rider if it was just a normal argument between 2 riders that went a bit too far does this mean we will see more riders excluded from meetings for having a go at a oponant after a heat ? interesting to see if there is any futher outcome -

and ipswich riders would have got better aplause if they had done a victory parade instead of just walking out infront of the almost empty grandstand as not many in there stop after ht 15 but there is a few on the 1st and 2nd bends stop back everyweek to watch the young riders that will hopefully be the riders of tomorrow -

i dont think the track was rubishe we just got beat by the better team on the nightafter a good away win the confidence was maybe a little too high there was a couple of bumps on the normal racing line but the track but the track wasnt patchy like it has been in some meetings this year the outside was working much better than it has been this year the track was different not rubbish -

but how many years did that national league guest ride for prem league clubsipswich were the better team on the night and were really up for it with 2 very strong reserves both of which rode very well adam ellis pulled of a great move round the 2 nd bend in 1 heat to pass both workington riders good win for ipswich your not alone in thinking rene in heat 15 was strange but rusty was out testing after the meeting maybe he had bike problems but a few thought he should have been in ht 15 -

comftorble home win i think as long as its a good clean meeting with no injuries or uneven starting tape problems then if the comets can keep it respectable then thats all we can ask against 1 of the strongest teams on present form -
easy option when your team are going well not so easy for the teams not doing so good

thats who came to mind for me but cant see stoney racing competative speedway again -
why blame the riders the ref has more power than the riders and if the ref says its raceable then it carrys on if the ref says no then its offi wasnt there and i dont know if its raceable or not but on a dry day and the track has to be bladed to even attempt to race then theres a problem somewhere so if your wanting to blame the riders then it must be the home riders as the away riders wouldnt have contacted the track staff to ask for the track to be prepaired a certain way

the difference is the el is sky sports el (the clue is in the wording ) and the pl is just pl sky sponser the el just like barclays sponser footballs pl thats why all el clubs get money from sky

Workington Comets Vs Glasgow Tigers 25th May
scaramanga replied to Django's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
same for all teams when they book guests they look for a track specialist or the best inform rider on the average that fits as always paul pritty acurate report and cant arguee the racing well there wasnt any really was therethe track was not at its best hopefully glasgow can make a change or 2 to give the fans something good to watch as ive always found the glasgow fans to be 1 of the more pasionate set of fans who actually know there speedway unlike the others who know there results -

looking at grieves i think hes lost interest the only rider tonight that deserves praise is joe jacobs he was the only glasgow rider that triedscreeny was good in the races he won but if he wasnt infront after first 2 bends wasnt that interested -

as a neutral i think that some especaly chris louis got a bit carried away paul starke is not what you would call a experienced rider and my view is he over reacted to kozza getting out of shape and went down but i do think he could possibly have got up quicker if he really wanted too -
