  1. cant see chris neath every riding competative speedway again sadly the injuries he got would stop many a younger rider
  2. said on edinbrugh press release talks would start with cookie when john campbell got back from holiday http://m.scotsman.com/edinburgh-evening-news/speedway/speedway-monarchs-signing-can-be-next-season-s-masters-card-1-2675666the report of him singing for bell vue and edinbrugh cam from that stupid welshman at birmingham drury once again opening his big mouth
  3. you may have a point there but if a rider is good enough i dont think it would make too much difference if the club was taking them on loanbut i think its about time the elite and prem leagues were made equals regarding the rules on signing riders they must ride for the clubs for so long before becomeing a asset too many riders sign for top flight clubs and dont set foot near a elite league match for years if at all making the prem league training grounds and the prem clubs paying for the privalige of training them at that
  4. some really good riders in that list and quite a few lower riders that will be missing from it
  5. at present north and a few other decent riders are not confirmed in any team so theres a chance for a not too bad team still just be greatfull your still running in 2013 the rest will be a bonus
  6. Ricky Ashworth Kozza Smith Matthew Wethers Robin Aspegren Alex Edberg Nicky Barrett David Bellego
  7. depends how you look at them i suppose mason campton was riding at no2 for glasgow at end off last season and both howarth and aarnio could be close to 7pt riders as the season goes on and lets face it morris cant drop his average any lower than 3 pts
  8. only time will tell im a bit more optomistic than you and a few others there are teams that look stronger but workingtons team could be a really well balanced side if all goes well
  9. and the ones saying they new for a fact that ricky wells had signedjust buls##ters
  10. i think youl find the listing is correct coppied direct from websitekyle is listed on bspa final averages as 5.47 you are correct but im sure the reduction for coming through the national league is over a 2 or 3 year period so must be the reason hes listed lower
  11. Workington 1.Richard Lawson (8.64) 2.Rene Bach (7.93) 3.Rusty Harrison (7.04) 4.Tero Aarnio (5.67) 5.Kyle Howarth (5.33) 6.Mason Campton (4.69) 7.Ashley Morris (3.00) Total: 42.30 Remaining: 0.20
  12. give tero a few meetings then pass judgement just before he got injured in 2011 he was on fire nothing to say with new setup from start of season he wont do the same
  13. think both riders signed are better than ricky wells
  14. if them 5 pointers up there average above 6 each you wont complain
  15. the new workington website will be launched thursday 9pm and details of the last 2 riders will be on the website
  16. seams quiet across the board maybe 1 or 2 teams chasing the same riders so holding everyone else up
  17. all depends on whos available and willing to ride and kenny ingalls wont be fit for most of this season at least the others mantiond are all still without a confirmed place
  18. wage cap in prem league could have turned down more money from another league ?
  19. could be a red hering jenga both rusty and aarnio are over seas riders rusty may live in workington but hes still a aussie
  20. just because he isnt announced dosnt meen he isnt signed
  21. this type of thing must be stopped and not the first time drury has been the first to anounce a rider for a team he has no conection with it should be the home team that makes that anouncement maybe maybe notif cookie signs that leaves 8.3 for last 2 riders will tabaka be in the body of the team or at reserve and go with a 3 pointer and a rider 5.3 or bellow to fill the last place in the body of the team or is cookie going else where ?
  22. if a team wants to change race night or a new team coming in then the other teams in the league have a say in it thats the way its done edinbrugh being there local track will be the obvious choice for the people looking to point the finger bas as said it could be other clubs that either run on a friday or the southern clubs looking to cover 3 away meetings close by as a mini tour and cut down on travel costs
