Good performance from Raiders top three and McCauley Leek,, Time I think to try some fresh rookies
-
Presume the new averages means Karger moves up in to the top 5 with Lykke dropping to res,. Helps the team ,, but hardly helps Karger,,if this is indeed the case can Karger survive
-
A big win obviously not enough for some brummie fans on here,They have to slag off the opposition..,complain about our riders jumping starts (could it be they are just good gaters) Moan about their bad luck with an injured rider never mind about our injured rider Fans like you dont deserve a good team... Kent will do you for the league title anyway

Have always been impressed with Josh Bailey ,,nice to see this talented youngster take the No 1 jacket,,but it will be harder for him ,,shall be watching with interest...

I have noticed that the red shale we tend to use down here in the south, is very fine, and while every effort is being made by the track staff, it is harder to stop the dust,,When darker corser shale was used from Scunthorpe a while ago it was considerably better,,,No idea if it costs more,, but might be worth trying again.., -
I think Raiders will need around 10 points from the bottom three to have any chance of winning this their opposite numbers at Birmingham are much better at this stage..But you never know one of them may do a Karger,,,

She should,nt need a replay it was obvious to every one else in the stadium that it should have been all four back,,And I thought Babs was bad but I think even she would have got this right! -

I am not in favour of women refs either Cris another appalling decision in race one proves yet again they have no idea of how the men race motor bikes. Having said that some of the men are pretty bad ,they all need regular asessing, but it will not happen as there is not enough of them now to throw anyone out -

Agree Shads and his recent form would seem to confirm that..Was that Karger in heat 11 or did his dad borrow the suit for one race ?????? ..Joking aside give the lad credit, fabulous win..Turning point ? well still to be convinced but definately an improvement -

A victory that had not looked likely mid way through Then turned Rockets way by the most unlikely win in heat 11 by Peter Karger over Masters the crowd looked on in disbelief,, but yes it really happened folks,,,Followed by another big 5-1 from Ben Morley and Cameron Heeps in heat 12,,Bens two late victorys ensuring he top scored for the Rockets with 10+1,, a big thrill for me personally/...Solid team performance guess we will never know the reasoning for not putting out Kennet and Robson in heat 15,,,gifted a match point to Edinburgh who made this an exciting meeting ...Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Leigh Lanham an innocent victim of a first bend pile up in heat 14... -

So Riss probably riding that might make things a tad more difficult for the Rockets -

thanks apologise to Edinburgh fans -
If Riss is absent that means a lot of rides for the bottom end While Masters is a top rider at this level i fancy a win for Rye especially with the improved form of Lykke and Lanham last weekends

He has not made progress since leaving Kent.. And if the dedication is not there he is better off out of it,,,
-
Ipswich track looked bumpy to me no doubt caused by the stock cars,,gives the riders no confidence to attack the corners, just an outsiders opinion of the track problem
-
I don't get it there was 3 to 4 times as many people there last Thursday than we get at Rye for normal meeting,,On that crowd you should be able to afford the best side in the league...
-
There are some good riders in the Ipswich side ,,but oh!, the consistency is none existent and King is a shadow of his former self..We all have a moan about our team at Rye from time to time but thank god we do not have to support this Ipswich side
-
Rockets put it all together tonight,53-37 Kennet another max and nice to let two other guys have heat 15 ..Lanham rode with a bit of fire in his belly and so did Heeps,,but for me the rider of the night was Kasper Lykke his passing moves were out of this world,, and he has turned the corner now im sure..Robson was steady but without a race win,,Karger nearly wiped Morley out ,off the 4th bend in race two and then blocked him at every move,...,and then got passed by National league rider Danyon Hume in his last ride and then fell off on his own....Morley was so fired up after his tapes exclusion he rode a blinder to pass Sarjeant from a 15 mtr handicap..A good team performance from the Rockets though it has to be said Ipswich were poor ,to many in and out performers ....But definately some very exciting racing tonight...
-
I guess I'm not up to date with the latest new teams
-
Back of beyond is that a new team I have not heard of ..?
-
Rye should have enough to win this tye on aggregate tonight ,,weather set fair but could be chilly wrap up warm as the north wind blows in to the stands..
