Final 2011 Gp - Gorzow

Good old Yellow Pages. Thryre not just here for the nasty things in life, like Matt Ford or a blocked silencer. I were right about that saddle though. -

Is it being re-staged? It has to be as medals and qualifying places are at stake. -

My money is on Ward, or at least it would be if I'd remembered to put the bet on Ward, Hancock, Hampel, Holta for me. -
Wow!

I haven't seen the interviews from the latest practice session on the GP site yet but I always enjoy the many varied views with Steve Brandon: "Jason Crump, how was practice today?" "it went really well, we tried a few different things and the bikes seem to be working really good." Chris Harris, how was practice today?" "it went really well, we tried a few different things and the bikes seem to be working well." "Andreas Jonsson, how was practice today?" "it went very well, we tried a few different things and the bikes seem to be working perfectly." "Tonasz Gollob, how was practice today?" "Iss werry goot, er,we try different sings, bikes werry goot, GM, iss perfect, werry happy." Etc... I do genuinely enjoy the practice montage videos but come on guys, be a bit more creative with the practice interviews. It's almost as predictable as Lee Richardson starting an interview with, "I didn't make the best of starts..." or playing "Yeah, nah bingo" with Tai Woffinden

Sgp 2012 Wild Cards Now Clear?

Yes, I didn't realize this until I tried to utilize the forum on my phone which keeps correcting ise to ize. I didn't even notice her spelling as I'm immunized to it now. -

But "get your act together" works perfectly well without the swearing. I use all kinds of bad language in the real world but I accept that I can't use it around certain people and in certain situations. The difference is that when I'm having a private conversation with my mates I know it isn't going to offend anyone but if I were in earshot of people who might be offended I tone it down. When you post on a public forum it isn't private and is viewable by anyone and so discretion needs to be used as much as possible. Now that you are aware that certain words will be changed by the swear filter surely, whether you agree with it or not, it is better to write "act" than a word you know will be changed and will make no sense? If you think that's bad, watch this example (and this one I think is excessive): Swindon did very well to ###### a draw at Poole. -

Why is it childish? The swear filter is there for a reason, to keep the forum free from swear words. Did you really expect the word you typed to be accepted? Admittedly I think the replacement word is, well, rubbish. I can think of better words that would be more relevant and acceptable, but certainly there is nothing childish about the swear filter automatically changing a swear word to something more acceptable. -

Jamie Dixon American? -
Again, what do you mean when you say he has little talent?
-
I've never understood this train of thought about him. Why do you say he has less skill and talent than the other GP riders?
-
I've never been a fan of Holta. I don't dislike him but then I don't "like" him either. He is one of those riders who goes quietly about his business but usually he is very competitive and without looking I believe he has reached World No. 4 status, which shows his class. Personally, and I surprise myself by saying this, I would like to see him given a wild card next year. He has been hampered all season with his wrists and has qualified on merit most years, something Lindgren and Harris rarely do, and Nicki Pedersen has failed to do two years running. Harris, Lindgren and Pedersen have just been generally poor this year. Holta has a genuine excuse. Entertainment wise though, Pedersen has the edge even if he's riding badly so I think Pedersen may get another reprieve but certainly Holta should be in above Lindgren and Harris.

Now this confirms to me that you are confused. Looking back over the last couple of pages: So now that's macca56, me and a mod who have apparently changed things around you. There is one common element in all this though. Canyerguesswaddidisyet? -
