  1. so was young Fricke on the fiddle early doors to get down to reserve?? His scores have gone up fourfold since. Even for a settling in period, the transformation is remarkable.... A very good prospect indeed.
  2. Obviously Adams neurologist and himself will know best but I really fear for the lad returning to racing, you can't take to many bangs to the head....will he be the same rider?? Because psychologically it's only natural to think twice to put your body line.... Broken bones heal, the brain invariably doesn't... Saying that he deserves a break of luck, just hope he's not pushing it.
  3. believe what you want...sport England isn't just about funding someone or somewhere to put kit on and play sport you know.... It maybe is a bit more that way now but certainly wasn't in the beginning. not in preference to speedway, it was a club within a club Actually a club within a resource centre that have been given 2 grants that I know of.... The grant is for the resource centre which promotes sport and exercise but also well being, inclusion and aims to stop isolation.
  4. really?? Ok then..... Study the rules?? I'm quite aware of them, in fact very aware of them... I'm very aware also of the way sport England has allocated funds and to whom.... It's a bit more balanced nowadays but wasn't initially IMO, put it that way.
  5. Got no chance, they give money to Iranian domino clubs and the like instead!! Stinks!!
  6. if me mutha was me fatha shed be me uncle...... and you would have had crap race suits.
  7. Doesn't sound like foul play, just a big cock up... Should be re run imo but worky compensated by somerset.
  8. Rene tweeted it was good to see the ref listening to the riders, so surely they take advice from others then make a decision.
  9. Great career, grand servant!! Wonder if he will be involved with Craig Cook in some capacity.... All the best joe.
  10. Was stevie wonder driving the bowser?? Surely he can see when he's going round that its getting a bit wet and puddles are forming??.... Very strange.
  11. from experience and given the nature of his injury he should call it a day IMO....
  12. he says on twitter he's back next week, so I presume for proctor.
  13. Henry Kerr and lindgren all looked down on power and nowhere near the form they were in early doors.... Kerr threw points away tonight but he's still raw and will make mistakes, Richie has twice gifted the opposition number one a win by riding the inside line, but lindgren in heat 14 was shocking, fair enough he was trying to pass deek who gave his usual master class in making his bike so wide when in front.....but to leave the door open for Fricke like that, after he'd been dive bombing the 3rd and 4th bends all night was unreal... Still this monarchs side is very good and whoever beats them will win most things... Just feel after being 11 up on fri night and the events of tonight we've thrown it away pretty cheaply. Maybe we arnt as good as we thought we are and need a big kick up the jacksee. Good luck Edinburgh, if cook stays fit it's yours to lose.
  14. point is I wasn't there and wondered why ur updater saw it differently if it was as bad as you said.... I agree it's all about opinions though
  15. ah I thought barker was good last week but cook was different gravy.... 0.4 off the track record, still Richie should have beat him in 13 but left cook all the track to pass him on last bend.... He makes it look so easy aswell.... He won heat 15 by a country mile.
  16. more like...ludvig lindgren what are you doing?? Well done Edinburgh fully deserved. Cook was phenomenal.
  17. it is, pics I saw were on fb al try to look them up but don't know how to post a link with phone.
  18. how did he almost kill your club then?? What are the facts??
