As Jason says above, no Sweden currently.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Holder senior at Belle Vue.

Cook for Heeps? Doyle Doyle’s mate Cook (sorry Taps) Riss King Starke By my calculations comes to 38.83..
-
As he says on the official site, he was a 6 pointer at one point during the season before injury struck! Got a feeling he’ll be a real trump card.
-
That won’t be taken advantage of though if the team is the rumoured one!
-
Doyle 8.96 King 7.96 Heeps 5.10 Riss 5.26 ? Starke 4.58 Rowe * That leaves 7.14, plus whatever reductions. That means either the rider we’ve been heavily rumoured to have signed in the last few days has fell through, or we haven’t signed either Riss or Heeps which the strong rumours indicated we had! We surely haven’t built a couple of points under??
-
Paul Starke and Anders Rowe as the rising star confirmed. That’s confused me a little I must admit..
-
Again, I never once said you did. You clearly haven’t read what I’ve said properly. Ahh there we go. Time for bed sunshine.

Stop getting all defensive, I’m not disputing what you heard or what you’ve said. I’m simply saying there is a contradiction to what you’ve heard this evening, to what has been quoted on the official site. The official site can’t put a “positive spin” on it, as they’ve quoted him. He either said what’s on the site or he didn’t. Had his best away score at Wolves this year and seems to go well there, so seems a good fit, despite either liking or disliking The track.
-
Well yes I know, never said I didn’t believe you, but a slight contradiction to what is quoted on the official site don’t you think?
-
“The Wolves track is somewhere that I like and that started when I had a handful of meetings riding for Cradley there in 2018.“I know it’s a completely different level, but I still won plenty of races around there and it’s somewhere I always turn up feeling pretty confident that I’m going to do well.“I had a couple of good scores there for Ipswich this year too and I’m really looking forward to that being my home track in the Premiership.” Slight contradiction there? http://www.wolverhampton-speedway.com/news.php?extend.3441

Big Bad Wolfs 2022 (Wolves 2022)

Rowe looked top top class early part of the season and was on fire, even though he was still carrying a leg injury. He then came a cropper (at Wolves?) and aggravated that injury to the point it pretty much ruined his season. Will be very interesting to see how he fares next year when hopefully injury free. Sorry to the Wolves fans for going off topic. Hopefully Kemp cracks on and has a good season. -

I don’t mind seeing that in a rider though in all honesty. Ok he may have been in the wrong, but I love to see a rider with fire in his belly. That comes across in his racing as well, very determined. Kemp on the other hand for all his natural talent, can be a bit timid on track and seems to lack that killer determination. It may well come, but he was frustrating to watch at Foxhall this year where he often had speed and chances to pass, but any hint of a gap starting to close he’d immediately shut off and blow his chance. -

The also put more effort in to beating each other in their heats than the opposition. On some occasions, almost fencing one another! Although it’s always disappointing to see a talented local rider move on, I can understand Chris Louis plumping for Rowe over Kemp for the rising star role. Kemp may well end up having the better career, but right now, Rowe is the stronger rider. -
Kemp went really well around Wolves. Good move for him.

Yes. From the tweet they put out on Thursday, sounds like the full team will be announced this week.

That’s a positive step in the right direction for once. -

Think that team struggles personally. -
And you don’t announce them until they’ve signed the contract. Doesn’t mean clubs are “drip feeding”. If a club announced a signing based on a verbal agreement, revealed the rider to huge fanfare through their media channels, only for that rider to end up elsewhere then the club would rightly be criticised for being unprofessional. You just don’t (or shouldn’t) be officially announcing anything until the ink is dry on the contract.
-
Has to be a double change. Anything above 5.10 would drop Cam to reserve so they simply have to go that route. Wonder if a Worrall brother could be an option
-
Don’t get excited it doesn’t mean we’ve signed Oystercard from you
-
We thinking this then.. Doyle 8.96 Heeps 5.10 Riss 5.26 Buzzawotsit 6.02 King 7.96 Starke 4.58 Rowe If that IS the team, it’s 1.12 under the limit. Only uncertainties there are Buzz and Starke, the others are nailed on. So maybe the Buzz rumours are false and he’s gone elsewhere and we’ve gone for Cook, or perhaps he’s in, and we’ve gone for another rider instead of Starke on an average up to 5.70. (crump 5.36 R Worrall 5.51) If we’ve gone that route, that would drop Heeps in to reserve which would be handy..
-
Anyone signing Cook would be taking a bit of a gamble if we’re being honest. He struggled with confidence issues and then took time out for a period with personal issues. Maybe some clubs are reluctant to take that gamble..
-
Any idea on his average?
-
To be fair to Rowe he was eligible for the RS but started as the senior reserve and then spent a chunk of the season in the main body, whilst also carrying an injury that he couldn’t shake off. He’ll be one of the stronger RS’s this time IMO.
