If you did something similar to T20, you'd need a squad system in play. Imagine if you lose a couple of riders but scrape through to the final Then what? Scrounge from the side you just beat in the Semi, it would look even more Mickey Mouse IMO.

Agreed. Having Lawson at 5, Jorgensen at 3, Kerr at 4, if you can find a number 1 and a decent reserve, won't go far wrong IMO.
