I don't think the sport has ever had 7 equal riders. Has it? You would end up with no riders everyone had to start somewhere whether that be NL stepping up to PL or EL. Like I say unless you are world champ fair and square you will always be learning and developing I think where the problem lies is that all 7 players (riders) have the same job. In football you have defenders and attackers. In Rugby you have a similar scenario. Even Cricket has batsman and bowlers. In Speedway you have 7 riders who line up at the tapes and race against each other for 4 laps. Pretty unique I'd say. So you can't compare it with other sports By it's very nature should be an individual sport The nearest thing you may get is the Ryder Cup all team members hit a ball with a golf club and get it in a hole

Once again you have surpassed yourself. As if that were possible. Chris was ill. Don't kick a man when he is down you. You really are a piece of work (not allowed to be more specific in here) !

It was a brilliant meeting and bonus no controversy. If you get the chance to get the DVD do. It was a bit close at times but the Lions never gave up.
-
So you don't find a 2nd place chasing a 1st place closely for 4 laps and 1st doing well to hold 2nd off only to break down on the last bend thrilling I know I do. There are very few genuine passes these days even at the sainted Kings Lynn (for the benefit if HT)

No.I think it's down to the individual rider not league or track. Most of them likr to gste and hug the white line.

Probably an example where you have seen track craft used in any league, these days, would be handy as I don't see any.

I was impressed with how well Fricke used b4. When you go out to the fence you seemed to get stuck but he was using to great advantage -

They need to get behind him. He started off slow last year with the Lions but came good in the end. I don't believe this tosh about it being difficult at no.5 he was beating better riders in the World Cup last year. -

I think if you see a tractor going round it's obvious there is a 'tractor going round' do we really need it spelling out to us ?

It's difficult to get past Jason when he has the bit in his teeth. Once upon a time Auty would have been in the fence trying. Good to see he is settling for the team points rather than the individual glory Lambert looked out of kilter last night. He'll get sorted!!! -
