The SCB have already conceded they can’t actually stop Nora Events or SCB riders on SCB tracks what they can do is withdraw an SCB licence which is what they threatened to do to Kent. As they suspended the penalty ! To stop them holding any more !!

I imagine any Scunny riders will have to pay to attend amateur meetings as a basic requirement !

I’m not his biggest fan but I must admit all the issues that Buster had during his tenure he seem to manage to solve by talking ! So far, I believe he’s ignored every request to talk since March. My way or the highway !

You tend to need read the whole story to understand where the IOW are coming from. The 35 point limit is just one factor and it’s well documented it’s about BSPL dictatorship and dictating to them how their business will run with absolutely no engagement apart from ‘Yo knew this was coming’ probably some of the most chilling words I’ve ever heard !!

I agree with you 100% but, it’s asking a lot of the riders to protest when all they want to do is ride

The first sign of any legal action and they’ll run for the hills. They can’t ban riders what they can do is threaten not to select them and for that you don’t need any legal recourse as it’s a matter of team choice who they choose and who they don’t and that’s what’s currently troubling the riders

and that’s exactly what they’ve done ! Scare the riders enough to sow doubt that they don’t really need to ban the riders just sit back and watch the fall out. This seems to have turned into a personal crusade for one man. Well I hope Barry & Martin fight on and take it all the way and I hope ‘for the good of the sport’ they get lots of backing !!

I do agree with you. In the main the ones that are shining are the Youth Championship crop. Who by en large have been racing all the way through this fiasco.
