  1. I hope Robbo recovers soon. I was impressed with Redcar's efforts at Sheffield. They did much better than I expected.
  2. Yes - as far as those who have Voted are concerned.
  3. Granted - but crucially - not as many....................................... Why do you keep 'Liking' your own Posts by the way?
  4. My point is that there seems to be more injuries than there ever used to be in the 'old days' so early in the Season. Hence my claim that current day Bikes and Tracks are not ideally suited to each other. There were injuries back in the Seventies - yes - but not so many and not so early.
  5. What caused Porsing's original knee injury? Did he fall down the stairs? .................................................... and your point is?
  6. I could say that it is none of your business - but because I try to be a gentleman - I won't. What I will say is: Lighten up!!
  7. ABSOLUTE CLASS!!!!!  I find that funny too Jacques - in a jokey sort of way.
  8. People are pulling my leg over my curiosity regarding something called norbold's hole. I am playing along with them. I do hope that explains things to your satisfaction. As I said - it is only a bit of fun.Their comments make me smile, and I hope that my comments make them smile.
  9. Concussion apparently. I don't think he can ride for seven days.
  10. Some of us were having a bit of fun with this. Perhaps that shouldn't be allowed.
  11. Oh - sorry Jacques - I was having a bit of fun. I am sorry about that.
  12. Aaaaaaaaargh!!!! I think I'm about ready to give up on this.
  13. WHAT!!! ......................... the hell is Norbold's hole? Not you as well PW.
  14. What a fine prospect Robert Lambert is turning out to be. He was superb this evening. I doubt I have ever seen a sixteen year old show so much maturity on a Speedway Bike before. Not only did he win Races for fun - he Team rode like a veteran. I wish him all the very best in the future. If he stays as grounded - as he appeared to be on Television tonight - he may be another English Rider to get to the very top of the Sport. I certainly hope so. I thoroughly enjoyed watching him this evening.
  15. No Jacques - I don't. Sexism is very wrong too. I do the ironing in our house. So YES - I condemn that as well. (unless, of course, it is in a humerous context).
  16. If no-one speaks out - then the situation will just go from bad to worse. THAT is why I am Posting as I have done on here. IF that is the case - which I would argue isn't always true - are those hurling abuse back not just as bad. Everyone on here makes daft Posts sometimes - I have had to apologise on here a number of times. I just wish everyone could 'get on'. Not agree, but at the very least 'get on'. Without the hostility it isn't necessary. I direct my comments to Starman and sidney, myself, and everyone else.
