Two wrongs don't make a right though Matt. BSI will bleed Speedway dry - it is not in their perceived interest to consider the future of the Sport. As long as they can cream off the top Riders for their GPs - they are happy. As soon as the standards of the top Riders coming through drop - they will be off into the sunset with a bag full of Cash leaving Speedway to sort the mess out afterwards. Mark my words. Now if the put some money in to a Development Programme for Speedway Riders that might be different - but - THEY DON'T!!! :angry:

Never - and before you criticise me too much - I doubt if I ever will - the whole place seems to be populated with whingers and moaners if you and one or two more on here are anything to go by. IT PUTS ME OFF!!!

Me too - I had forgotten about that. (gosh - my memory is rubbish). Bit difficult in Midsummer (not the Murders, before anyone comments ). They would have to start the Meetings at 2100hrs.

To answer your question - because of things like what happened to those folk at Cardiff who couldn't get in to the Stadium. As you say - they are ALL Business - that might be OK in Business but in Sport you have to consider your Clients, the Customer. Not much consideration given here and certainly NOT the best image to present to the Public. There are also people who run the GP Series who have far too much say in what goes on in the GPs. I just think that their involvement does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the image of League Speedway at all - and THAT is where the Riders come from - I think they need to remember that - but they won't.

He's certainly not a Sunderland Supporter. :unsure:

Well I dont!! Having 15,000 empty seats making NO money - or - 13,500 (1,500 extra seats sold) possibly giving you at least SOME extra Revenue is a no brainer for me I'm afraid. If I was a Shareholder in BSI - I would be expecting them to MAXIMISE their Takings - I would NOT expect them to deliberately LOSE money - and THAT is what they were doing at Cardiff. I am still of the opinion that Speedway will rue the day that they ever got BSI involved with our Sport.
