He certainly has cost the Cheetahs a few wins due to not using inform reserves adequately -
Workington Comets v Glasgow Tigers 23/08/2025 3pm.
Weeyin replied to topaz325's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Unfortunately he is not back for Saturday, which is a shame as I suspect he would love the Workington track, our only benefits that his average would be 6.86 available for a guest or R,/R but I would rather see how Villads would go -
He is delightful to watch but unfortunately is so busy has missed a few meetings, like this Friday due to an U19 event not sure he will make Saturday either. He definitely doesn't make the Poole match next Wednesday as racing in Denmark, only good thing is that his average goes to 6.8 on Saturday, so we need to get some good guests

We also have Workington away, so not necessarily 2 wins against Edinburgh, you need to win at Oxford tomorrow, which I think that you will,

A strange Saturday night racing at Ashfield for the tiggers. Can bomber get the better of Sam Masters? Oxford have stronger reserves in Killeen and Knudsen so will be tough for Freddie and Max. I think it will be a close meeting with a win to the Tigers, I will go for 47-43.

Are they not out of time?

Strange, they said he was involved in a crash on Premier sports, although I hope not -

Monarchs have an 8 point lead , but they are without Grahn at reserve but have Jacb hook who did well at Glasgow last week with Workington, Will they have Victor or a guest? Will Glasgow have a full team, seems to be a rare thing for Glasgow at the moment. It is doable for the tiggers to go through, they did win 50-40 in the bsn series, it should be a cracking meeting regardless as the Monarchs can ride Ashfield as well as the tiggers, but they haven't came against our Danish rocket, Villads Nagel who rides similar to Ben Basso, without fear.

What is up with Kyle? -
The only problem with that is it gives his partner a higher average and could cost him a job
-
Barker riding through the pain barrier wanted the win so badly, fair play to him, that was some effort
-
I believe you are correct as playoffs don't count towards averages, not sure about KO cup or BSN final

Poole v Plymouth Championship
Weeyin replied to Arthur54's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
We also didn't have Leon or Ashton in our away match at Poole, since then Dan and Leon have hit some good form but we still have a bit of a mental block regarding racing at Poole, if we can overcome the Monarchs in our KO cup match then we will see how we fare at Poole then. ( although we have a big job to overcome the monarchs as they ride our track very well) -

Glasgow have no intention of dumping him, even if there was a better option, Max is not far away from getting regular points, he is keeping pace even if not in a scoring position -
Berwick v Oxford Championship

Good luck Bandits, hope you get a win -
Looks like a tasty match, as far as I am aware 1 rider missing from each team, Erik Riss and Dan Thompson ( on SGP2 duty) will there be guests or R/R ? Glasgow have been using r/r for Dan as Bomber, Kyle, Leon and Villads can take his rides which is okay. Bears have stronger reserves and probably stronger top 2. Given that Glasgow managed to overcome Berwick on Saturday with only 4 riders, our guest struggled, we need that same commitment at Redcar. I hope to be down there to support the tigers. I will add, congratulations to the bears on their 2 wins last weekend.
