More good news for the league: Lakeside are going to send a representative to the league AGM with a strong possibility of entering a team including Kingston & Owen! http://www.lakesidehammers.co/content/?p=8635

I knew the NL was possibly on the cards but not an application being made in September. Great news for the league though! http://www.eastbourneeagles.co/news.php?extend.656

Unfortunate that his success affects his ability to become employed but I think you may be right, and it may be the reason why his PL scores have dropped off slightly but his EL & NL haven't!
-
Jayne, any news on when the final meeting against Scunthorpe is going to be?

A lot of people associate hitting 60+ every week with poor racing, so considering you were only 10 up after 12 heats, was it better racing last night? -
His average is over 10 anyway!
-
Is that just in terms of entertainment or are you saying it's unsafe?
-
Kirby isn't in Stoke's declaration so technically he doesn't have a team. And yes, the press release said McBain is back next week.
-
Do you honestly believe that! This league is about giving talent a chance and Luke has shown that he has that. Realistically even if Garrad turns out to be a star you still wouldn't expect someone in his first ever season that has missed the opening and has only ridden 4 MDL meetings to score more than the 3 that Luke has been doing.
-
Luke Harris says he's been dropped.
-
The latest I read was that he is still suffering from constant headaches. That was about a week ago I think.
-
Supposed to be riding for Leicester Cubs tomorrow
-
Guests assume the average of the rider they are replacing, which is also why he was at number 1 the other week.
-
Clearly the management do.
-
For dropping down you use the higher of the 2 figures: his converted PL average or last NL average. When he rode for Bournemouth his average was above 10 so he'd use that and not 5.08.

I'm surprised the tactical ride brigade hasn't come out yet. -
Plymouth Devils Vs Newcastle Diamonds (date?)

I would like to be proved wrong but I think the Newcastle management have looked at the Devon starting NL averages and plumped for the highest, as Shanes would've been the smart choice! -
I have to agree with greyhoundp, Dan isn't ready to score 3-5 points this season. I'd put him nearer to 2-3 based on Williamson's scoring as I'd say he's only slightly better but more experienced. To those of you quoting averages: Dan has a new average this year but Worrall, Rose and Greaves are yet to get new figures and Dan's is inflated by having ridden one of his 4 meetings against Scunthorpe. Is Dan better than Greaves? Maybe in the short-term he's more likely to stay on the bike for 4 laps, but Greaves has more potential.

I stand to be corrected but I think it's upto the club to decide. If Scunthorpe were running a PLKOC meeting and NL meeting for example, I doubt the NL match would be first. Maybe that's why the press release didn't say because they're checking it out. -
If there's 2 injuries in your 2-5 (so Compton and Chessell) you have R/R and a guest and it doesn't matter which way round the R/R and guest are.
