  1. Taken from bees website "Leicesters experienced Polish star Grzegorz Walasek, who has had two tremendous Brandon appearances this season for his regular club, deputises for Andersen, whilst elsewhere in the team Bees are awaiting fitness updates before finalising their plans. Both Danny King and Jason Garrity sat out their Premier League matches on Thursday as both have been suffering with back problems, whilst Bees will again have to cover for the absence of Stuart Robson." If Robson is still not back, it proves what fans have said all along. We should have signed a 6pt rider even if just for 28 days to start with rather than cherry picking 4pt riders. Not sure how it's going to benefit anybody if Robbo doesn't return until the week before the play offs, having not ridden for a month. Isn't that a risk we took with Barker returning for the first leg of the play offs last year and look how that worked out 😳
  2. Yes saw earlier, thanks. Now we just need to know guests for King, Robson and Garrity 😟
  3. Why did King's Lynn's manager complain about the track not being safe tonight? Didn't seem to be any incidents.
  4. It's okay. If Garrity is out we could see Laurence Rogers or the bees mascot on a bike 😂😕
  5. Lol. Somehow don't think he's going to score 11,9,8,7 as a heat leader to match king do you.
  6. Disagree when you look at the riders not riding elsewhere tomorrow. Who do you think could cover King easily at Brandon?
  7. King has also been one of our best home riders so also a concern
  8. Unfortunately with our injuries, I think you could be right. I'm just glad we are already in the play offs and these meetings aren't to get through.
  9. For Garrity to withdraw from tonight's meeting & go to the hospital, he must be bad 😔 As you said, if your struggling to get a guest then we have no chance at such short notice.
  10. Could be the same for us if Garrity is missing As I assume he will be if he's been at the hospital in pain. Could have Hans, King, Garrity & Robson missing 😕
  11. Same with Poole on Monday. They are beatable at home
  12. Thinking the same. Hoping we haven't booked him 🙈 That said if King & Garrity are both out, we may need a miracle anyway. Swindon fans might have seen tonight what I meant about Sarjeant's form
  13. A solid convincing win for Swindon. With Summers now in the team, they definitely have the strongest 1-5 in the league. It makes you wonder how a team that are unbeaten at home can be so poor away. That could really be King's Lynn's downfall if they make the play offs. Lindgren sounds like he was back to his usual form
  14. Yes, report on Twitter by several people that king's Lynn fans were swearing and shouting abuse at him. One said he was gonna knock him out. That might be the one he was shouting back at.
  15. I guess it depends what the hospital say as its his back and his knee and last time his knee swelled up, he was told to take 5 days off 😟 Big loss for us as he has been our main rider
  16. Edinburgh are reporting that Garrity has withdrew from tonight's fixture at Sheffield and has gone to hospital today. Fingers crossed that he's going to be okay for this meeting. 🙏
  17. Ritchings & Dan greenwood both guesting for Cradley tomorrow (from storm point of view I hope they stay safe) so rules them out as options for Swindon
  18. Don't need to worry so much. You are going to finish top regardless of Swindon's score. Then you need to hope Swindon don't beat us in the semi as they could then nail you in the final 😉
  19. Lewis Blackbird has retired from speedway with immediate effect which is why Sarjeant had stepped in at short notice
  20. Gutted for Blackbird. He had such a great season last year and enjoyed watching him. Huge shame
  21. Your guest reserves may do a good job. On form our reserves could beat most draft riders & some 2nd strings however Garrity is struggling with injury and Sarjeant hasn't been in form for a while.
  22. To be honest, it didn't come across great on TV. The track was very gate and go with races often won from the first bend unless a mistake was made. Gate 1 had a big advantage. I have seen better meetings this year. Kelvin Tatum's view this morning on last nights meeting. Have to say I agree with him: @Kelvin_Tatum: I think King's Lynn were fortunate in some respects last night - Coventry could have pushed them all the way but Heat 12 changed that. The ref made a rod for his own back; no need to exclude James Sarjeant whatsoever. But King's Lynn powered to victory in the end inspired by a wonderful showing from Niels-Kristian Iversen.
  23. I agree esp if we are now without king who is one of our best home riders and also Garrity unfit
  24. Has scored well on past visits to Brandon so hoping it can do the same again. I guess no more unpredictable than Hans
