  1. Watt I would expect to be crap at Belle Vue but not Holder esp after recent return to confidence and form.
  2. Tactical time for Poole. With Janowski & Holder in the next it should be a 1-8 Edited: I take that back 😄
  3. In answer to your question about lee Richardson and postponements, Yes Coventry did postpone their fixture against Lakeside the following day as a mark of respect http://www.coventrybees.co/news.php?extend.1871
  4. Bit of a risk though with Sarjeant struggling at the moment and Summers having a off meeting yesterday.
  5. It's a real shame as this is a must win meeting for Belle Vue and could affect their play off push. which under normal circumstances they had a good chance of winning, I Definitely think they are up against it tonight now. Prediction 41-49
  6. Not many options looking at his average. Shame Garrity & Bech are both injured. Kennett & Howarth look the only other available options. Surprised! Huge advantage to Poole now. I think RR might have even been a better option 😞
  7. @TheAces: ♣️TEAM NEWS - AUGUST 3RD♣️ BV's @j_boy28 will not take his place at No.4 tonight on compassionate grounds. More soon... ♣️
  8. There were hardly any seats free in the stands and a large amount of people standing as well. Crowd was very good esp when it seemed to mainly be home fans in the stands. Was bigger the week before but that's cos Wolves supporters as well. King's Lynn did start well. However I don't believe Lambert would have forced a last heat decider as he wasn't one of your strongest riders on our track on either visits and had already been beaten by Kylmakorpi in early heat. The only riders Lambert best were Sarjeant & Summers who both fell in his heat. That said, it was a good away point from King's Lynn who were one of the best visiting sides this year.
  9. I would disagree after their display at Wolves which is a much easier place to go and a poorer team. However I think it now has swung in their favour.
  10. Glasgow will need to improve on their form from yesterday at the fours as they were surprisingly poor.
  11. Can now only predict a 4pt Poole win. Josh is not going to be in the right frame of mind to race (personally think he should be given tonight off and hope he's getting the support needed) Cook & Stefan were in the same race that the crash happened. Worrall is good friends with Kerr and was there with him racing in the same team and witnessed it so going to affect them tonight. However whatever the result seems immaterial at the moment, hard to enjoy speedway at this moment after yesterday's events. Hoping we hear something positive about Kerr soon
  12. Big ask for the riders after what happened to their team mate yesterday. I really hope they win this. Good luck to them ⭐️
  13. That's his real statement, it was on his Facebook page. Not sure what ashtree123 is talking about as Lambert himself has admitted he pulled out due to injury. Also admitted in his statement that he doesn't give a toss about his fans. He seriously needs somebody to help him with his PR as no statement would have been better than that one.
  14. Help in what way? If you mean discounts then why would there be? Belle Vue are getting good crowds at full price and neither of these meetings are televised.
  15. He replaced AJ in the end and Hans replaced Nilsson. That's what upset Norrie, that they were allowed to change their team at the last minute when your meant to declare 48 hours before.
  16. That's the thing though, most of the time he's not riding for you.
  17. Surely Josh is not going to be in the right frame of mind to race in this. Those at the stadium say he was beside himself and was in a state. Would a guest be granted though if needed in these circumstances? I think Poole should be able to get the win, esp as you said with some of Belle Vue's riders sadly shaken from today's accident.
  18. I thought the same. I wondered the same about Josh.G. Surely with the state he is in he's not going to be in the right frame of mind to ride for Belle Vue tomorrow. Would a guest be granted if needed under these circumstances.
  19. Max Clegg guests in place of Josh Bates. I can't really see King's Lynn riders feeling like racing after what's happened to Kerr. Very deflated and upset.
  20. He's just bad lol. Think he needs a new mechanic 😜
  21. When you look at the Leicester V Lakeside meeting last night though, out of the 7 riders missing only one was due to a fixture clash. Sadly they other 6 were all injured which is beyond the clubs control & unfortunately then means guests. Guests for injured riders is acceptable. It's lots of guests for fixture clashes that isn't, esp when for some riders like Krcmar on Friday, the meeting he was missing Swindon for wasn't even until Sat evening!
  22. TBF Lambert wasn't great on our track last time the teams met, scoring 5 from 5 and beaten by Sarjeant. He's a great rider but every rider has a track they are not so good on.
  23. http://youtu.be/u5Vy2CuezjE Link to Norrie Allen's speech. The rules do seem to be different for different teams. Made up as they go along nowadays.
